Use of District Mail System. The Association shall have the right to use the District mail system, e-mail and employee mailboxes for communication purposes.

Use of District Mail System. 18 Official CSEA material may be distributed through the mail distribution system to unit members. A copy 19 of each item so distributed will be furnished, at the time of distribution, to the principal or site manager 20 and Superintendent, provided it is not sealed. 22 CSEA will have right of access to the email system provided that it be used in compliance with the 23 email policy and not be used in violation of Education Code 7054 or 7055. A copy of each item so 24 distributed shall be forwarded at the time of distribution to the principal or site manager xxx 25 Superintendent.
Use of District Mail System. The Federation may make general distribution of materials to bargaining unit employees in employees' mailboxes and other means of communication maintained by the District. The Federation will distribute such materials using its own staff. Any materials so distributed shall be clearly identified as to source.
Use of District Mail System. The Association shall have the right to reasonable use of the intra-District mail service, e-mail and WenEA member employee mail boxes for communication with its members. An Association representative shall have the responsibility for sorting and placing the mail in boxes. The Association access shall be exclusive. No other association, group or organization or representative thereof, whether union or not, shall have the right to use the intra-District mail service and WenEA employee mailboxes for any other purpose.
Use of District Mail System. The Association shall have the right to use the interdistrict mail and all forms of electronic mail service for communication purposes as described in the district’s Acceptable Use Policy 2022. Upon request, the District will provide the Association with information required under statutes, which will assist the Association in carrying out its responsibilities as the bargaining representative. Use of District Mail System. The Association is allowed to use the District’s inter-building mail service, email service and District authorized mail boxes for communication purposes in compliance with state laws, the District’s acceptable technology use policy and regulation and the terms and conditions of this Agreement, provided that the use of these services shall not disrupt or interfere with normal school District operation. Association and Employees are aware that there is no expectation of privacy in any use of the District email system and that emails are subject to review and possible disclosure under the Public Records Act.
