VACATION LEAVE WITH PAY. a. Vacation with pay shall be earned by regular and extra-help employees based on the equivalent of full-time service from the date of appointment. e. Employees can “cash-in” up to forty (40) hours/year vacation after ten (10) years of full-time continuous service and 240 hours accrued vacation per the terms of County policy 306 “Cash for Accrued Vacation Leave.
