Scheduling of Vacation Leave With Pay. An employee shall take vacation leave on the basis of the schedule he or she is working. In scheduling vacation leave with pay to an employee the Company shall, subject to the operational requirements of the service, make every reasonable effort:

Scheduling of Vacation Leave With Pay. 19.06 - Employees are expected to take all of their vacation leave during the vacation year in which it is earned. However, upon application by an employee which must be received prior to December 31, an employee will be permitted to carry over a maximum equivalent to his total annual leave entitlement into the next fiscal year.
