VACATION LEAVE WITH PAY. (a) An employee shall earn vacation leave credits for each calendar month during which they he or she receives earn pay for either ten (10) days or seventy-five (75) hours at the rates outlined in 34.02(c). following rate: (b) For the purposes of this clause, a day spent on leave with pay shall count as a day where pay is ‘earned’. i. nine decimal three seven five (9.375) hours until the month in which the anniversary of the employee's seventh (7th) year of service occurs; ii. ten decimal six two five (10.625) hours commencing with the month in which the employee's seventh (7th) anniversary of service occurs;
