Vacation Seniority. In this addendum, vacations shall be scheduled strictly according to seniority. An employee shall not be compelled to take a split vacation, but if he elects to do so, his first choice shall be on the basis of seniority and his second choice on the basis of availability. Vacation schedules shall be posted. No employee to be called to duty, discharged or laid off while on vacation.
