Variation of Price. 4.1 The annual increase in charges may be negotiated and shall not exceed the annual percentage increase as listed in the United Kingdom retail Prices Index as at April of each year as shown in the prices table for all items excluding mortgage interest payments (RPIX) published by the UK Statistical Office in "Economic Trends" (reference CDKQ) or, if it is no longer published, the index published by any Government Department shall replace it.
