Vendor Code of Conduct. In furtherance of its longstanding commitment to fundamental human rights, to the dignity of all people, and to the environment, the University has developed the Code of Conduct for University of Connecticut Vendors (the “Vendor Code of Conduct”). Contractor hereby acknowledges receipt of the Vendor Code of Conduct. A copy of the Vendor Code of Conduct is available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/. The Vendor Code of Conduct is hereby incorporated herein by reference to the extent Contractor is required to comply with the same pursuant to this section. Contractor agrees to comply with the “Principal Expectations” described in the Vendor Code of Conduct. Contractor further agrees to comply with the “Preferential Standards” described in the Vendor Code of Conduct, to the extent a commitment to so comply, or a representation of compliance, was provided by Contractor to the University in writing. Any such commitment or representation is hereby incorporated herein by reference. Contractor agrees to provide the University with such evidence of Contractor’s compliance with this section as the University reasonably requests and to, at the request of the University, provide a comprehensive, annual summary report of Contractor’s corporate social and environmental practices.

Vendor Code of Conduct. Vendor agrees to comply with Costco Wholesale’s Vendor Code of Conduct (December 2003), as it may be amended in writing by Costco Wholesale from time to time.
Vendor Code of Conduct. Supplier hereby agrees to the terms and provisions of the Vendor Code of Conduct found at xxxxx://xxxx.xxx/vendor-code-of- conduct, which are hereby incorporated herein. Customer may revise such terms and provisions from time to time, in which event such revisions shall hereby be incorporated herein.
Vendor Code of Conduct. Xxxxxx agrees to comply with all of the terms of Stein Mart’s “Vendor Code of Conduct” as amended from time to time and as is available on Stein Mart’s website. Moreover, Xxxxx Mart will not knowingly accept Product which was manufactured using convict, forced, indentured labor or child labor, or manufactured in violation of any applicable labor, workplace safety or environmental law or regulation. Should Xxxxx Mart identify violations to any of the requirements in its Vendor Code of Conduct or this section, Xxxxx Mart retains the authority to cancel existing purchase orders, suspend business activity until the issue is corrected, or terminate the business relationship entirely. Moreover, each delivery of Products furnished hereunder constitutes a certification by Seller that:(w) Seller is in compliance with Xxxxx Mart’s Vendor Code of Conduct, (x) Seller has refrained from the direct or indirect use of forced labor or human trafficking, (y) Seller shall conduct such regular announced, independent, 3rd party inspections as it reasonably deems appropriate of all factories and facilities used in the production, packaging, and transport of Product intended for sale, use, or benefit by Xxxxx Mart to insure compliance with this provision, and (z) all Products furnished hereunder shall have been produced in compliance with all applicable requirements of Sections 6, 7 and 12 of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, and of regulations and orders of the Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division issued under Section 14 thereof, and in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations governing general conditions for labor employed in the production of such goods. Xxxxx Mart reserves the right to make unannounced visits to all facilities producing/handling our product at any time when we have reason to believe our Vendor Code of Conduct is being violated. Xxxxx Mart also reserves the right to use an independent third party of our choice for investigations to ensure compliance with its Vendor Code of Conduct.
Vendor Code of Conduct. 18.1 The Service Provider acknowledges and agrees to abide by the Region’s Vendor Code of Conduct attached to this Agreement as Schedule “E”.
Vendor Code of Conduct. 3.1 The Vendor Code of Conduct, as included in the bid document, sets out the principles applicable to vendors that wish to establish and maintain a business relationship with the Region. The Region is confirming its intention to do business with vendors that demonstrate solid business integrity that aligns with the Region’s core values and high standards of ethical behaviour expected by the Region. The Vendor Code is not to be read in lieu of, but in addition to the vendor’s obligations as set out in any agreements between the Region and the Vendor. Vendors conducting business with Halton Region are responsible to familiarize themselves with the Vendor Code of Conduct and comply with it. Vendors must also inform their employees, officers, agents, representatives and any sub-contractors about their responsibilities relating to the Vendor Code of Conduct.
Vendor Code of Conduct. All vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner during Market hours. Offensive, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and at The Fort Saskatchewan & Xxxxxx Regional Chamber of Commerce’s discretion, you may be asked to leave. The Chamber also reserves the right to remove or ban any person or business from the Farmers’ Market for any offensive, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct as they see fit. No refunds or recourse will be given.
Vendor Code of Conduct. As a vendor of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated you are expected to: • maintain the highest standards of professional and personal conduct; • supply the best quality materials and items for sale to Sorority members; • refrain from any type of inappropriate or unwelcome solicitation during Sorority-sponsored events; • comply with rules and regulations established by the Sorority; • comply with the terms of the License Agreement; • verify that any manufacturer/vendor offering Delta merchandise for sale or resale is a certified vendor, as that term is defined in this document; and • contact the Sorority’s Intellectual Property Specialist, or her designee, if at anytime you have questions or need clarification on any matter related to being a vendor of merchandise bearing Delta’s Marks.
Vendor Code of Conduct. Company recognizes that our dealings with suppliers often take place in cultures with different norms and values. Certain standards, however, as set out in Company’s Employee Code of Conduct, are universally applicable and Company expects everyone with whom it has commercial dealings to meet such standards. Company expects its suppliers to have a natural respect for our ethical standards in the context of their own particular culture. The relationships with our suppliers are based on the principle of fair and honest dealings at all times and in all ways. Company specifically expects its suppliers to extend the same principle of fair and honest dealings to all others with whom they do business, including employees, sub-Consultants and other third parties.
