Videos. Revenue earned by Seller in connection with the sale, distribution and exploitation of Videos in the Portfolio via the Revenue Sources, if applicable, will be paid to SongVest and will be calculated on the Percentage Interest for the applicable Revenue Sources as set forth on Schedule A. Sales shall be determined by reference to the royalty statements from the royalties credited to Seller by Distributor, Artist or other third party for the applicable calendar quarter or bi-yearly, which shall be conclusive and binding upon the Parties, absent manifest error.
Videos. A video is a recording displaying moving images and audio. Digital video files can incorporate photos, voiceovers and music.

Videos. (a) Company agrees to cause to be produced at least one (1) promotional Video in connection with each Album constituting the Recording Commitment, provided that promotional Videos continue to be a meaningful marketing tool for artists similar in style to Artist, pursuant to the prevailing custom and practice in the record industry in the United States at the time of Company's release of the applicable Album.
(b) With respect to any Videos requested by Company:
(i) The Master to be embodied in such Videos, the concept for such Videos, the creative aspects of the production of such Videos (including, without limitation, preparation of the script and storyboard), and the dates and locations for the shooting of such Videos, shall be mutually selected by you and Company; provided that, each Master released as the "A" side of a Single shall be deemed mutually selected by you and Company for inclusion in a Video.
(ii) The director of such Videos shall be mutually selected by you and Company and Company shall engage the other production personnel for such Videos. Artist shall fully cooperate with the director and all other production personnel in the production of such Videos. Company shall determine the budget for each Video, in consultation with Artist, subject to the preceding sentence and the terms of subparagraph 18 (a).
(iii) Company shall pay all Video Production Costs incurred in connection with such Videos consistent with a production budget approved by Company in good faith consultation with Artist. All Video Production Costs in excess of the approved budget that have been incurred due solely as a result of your acts or omissions shall be your sole responsibility and you hereby agree to forthwith pay and discharge all such excess costs. In the event that Company agrees to pay any such excess costs on your behalf, you shall, upon demand reimburse Company for such excess costs or, in lieu of requesting reimbursement, Company may deduct such excess costs from all monies payable to you under this agreement or any other agreement. In the event that Artist fails to appear at locations and/or on dates which have been mutually approved by you and Company, without reasonable excuse, the costs of cancellation of the shoot shall be fully deductible from all monies payable to you under this agreement or any other agreement to the extent such costs exceed the budget.
(iv) All Video Production Costs paid or incurred by Company shall constitute Advances, fifty percent ...
Videos. At least one short movie with artistic conceptual view of the assembly scenario will be produced and published on the website. The video shall also synthetically present the activities of the consortium as well as project results. This is the deliverable D03.3 (M24). Other videos of the demonstrators or their components will be produced and shared over the course of the project on the PULSAR website or our social media channels.

We will produce a video in the first two years of the XxX that will demonstrate our Centre’s research and describe Computational Biomedicine generally, in the context of how it can aid patients and the general public. This will be a follow up to the IMAX video from the first phase of the XxX called “Virtual Humans”, which gives a summary of what Computational Biomedicine is and what it can bring to society. We will continue to disseminate the Virtual Humans video and the follow up produced in the second phase of the XxX throughout the XxX’x lifetime as it has proven to make a substantial impact when viewed by audiences of all types including the general public. We will consider editing together bite-sized videos using footage from the two IMAX films in order to create easily digested snippets that will encourage their spreading on social media. We will continue to record CompBioMed talks and training sessions, and upload them to our YouTube channel, along with video recordings or training webinars.
Videos. Customer grants Angel Audio distribution rights to exhibit the music videos listed in Exhibit "A" on its website. Customer shall indicate whether the music videos shall be distributed at no charge,or if a fee will be required, as set out above.
