Visitations. The classroom visitations, or other observations, will be conducted between the fourth (4th) and the fourteenth (14th) weeks of the semester (inclusive).
Visitations. The Association officers and staff shall have access to any school, provided that they shall notify the principal's office upon their entrance to any school. Such visits shall not interfere with the duties of the Covered Employee.

Visitations. 2/11/1 The Employer agrees that non-employee officers and representatives of the WSEU or of the International Union shall be admitted to the premises of the Employer during working hours upon advance notice, twenty four (24) hours if possible, to the appropriate Employer representative. Such visitations shall be for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not this Agreement is being observed by the parties and for the adjustment of grievances. The Union agrees that such activities shall not interfere with the normal work duties of employees. The Employer reserves the right to designate a private meeting place whenever possible or to provide a representative to accompany the Union officer where operational requirements do not permit unlimited access.
Visitations. 35.01 A. All teachers involved with Early Placement are required to make work site visitations. At least one on-site visitation per employer per student will be made during the third and fourth nine week period (if a student changes jobs, a new visitation is required). Telephone communication can be substituted for the on- site visitation, if appropriate, during the fourth nine week period. Upon request, adequate release time from instruction will be authorized by the supervisor with the director's approval.
Visitations. The Union shall provide notice to Management of visits by representatives of the Union who are not agency employees. Notice will be given twenty-four (24) hours in advance to the local site manager with a courtesy copy to the Servicing Labor Relations Office. If advance notice is given, Management will attempt to arrange for a convenient time for the Union official to meet with the necessary party(s). If official notice is given less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the visit, the Union recognizes that a particular employee(s) may not be available when requested.
