VOD Service Reporting. Licensee shall provide to Licensor and its designee, if any, on a monthly basis (or, if possible, on a biweekly or weekly basis, and in any event on no less frequent basis than that provided to any other content provider), a statement in electronic form (“VOD Statement”) detailing the information specified by Licensor for each of the US VOD Service and the Canadian VOD Service from time to time including, but not limited to: (i) the actual aggregate number of VOD Customers to the VOD Service on the last day of such month if Licensee provides this information to any other content provider, (ii) for each VOD Included Program, the number of VOD Customer Transactions for such VOD Included Program for such month on the VOD Service, (iii) with respect to each VOD Customer Transaction, the title of applicable VOD Included Program and whether such VOD Included Program was in High Definition or Standard Definition, (iv) the VOD Actual Retail Price and VOD Deemed Price per VOD Customer Transaction for each VOD Included Program licensed in such month (including the type of currency), (v) VOD Licensor’s Share for each VOD Included Program licensed for such month, (vi) a calculation of the VOD Per-Program License Fee for each VOD Included Program licensed for such month, (vii) the VOD License Fee paid to date as of such month; and

VOD Service Reporting. Licensee shall provide to Licensor and (subject to Section Schedule A.116.516.5 below) its designee, if any, (a) on a monthly basis (or, if possible, on a biweekly or weekly basis, and in any event on no less frequent basis than that provided to any other provider of content on the Licensed Service), a statement in electronic form (“VOD Statement”) emailed to Xxxx_xxxxxxx_xxxxxxx@xxx.xxxx.xxx detailing the information set forth in the example VOD Statement in Schedule H, (b) on a daily basis (but no less frequent basis than that provided to any other provider of content on the Licensed Service), a statement in electronic form via Licensee’s FTP site, the information set forth in Schedule G and (c) such other information that Licensor may reasonably request with no less than 30 days prior written notice and that Licensee, using commercially reasonable efforts, can provide and in any event no less than provided to any other provider of content on the Licensed Service. Licensee shall provide real-time VOD Statements to Licensor if and when Licensee provides such reports to any other Qualifying Studio.

VOD Service Reporting. Licensee shall provide to Licensor and its designee, if any, on a monthly basis, a statement in electronic form (“VOD Statement”) detailing the information reasonably specified by Licensor for the VOD Service from time to time including, but not limited to: (i) the actual aggregate number of VOD Customers to the VOD Service on the last day of such month, (ii) the number of VOD Customer Transactions for each VOD Included Program, segregated by SD and HD, for such month on the VOD Service and the dates on which such VOD Customer Transactions occurred, (iii) the VOD Actual Retail Price and VOD Deemed Price per VOD Customer Transaction for each VOD Included Program licensed in such month, (iv) VOD Licensor’s Share for each VOD Included Program licensed for such month, (v) a calculation of the VOD Per-Program License Fee for each VOD Included Program licensed for such month, (vi) the VOD License Fee paid to date as of such month; and (vii) such other information that Licensor may reasonably request with no less than 30 days prior written notice.

VOD Service Reporting. Licensee shall provide to Licensor and its designee, if any, on a weekly basis (or, if possible, on a daily basis, and in any event on no less frequent basis than that provided to any other content provider), a statement in electronic form (“ VOD Statement”) emailed to Xxxx_xxxxxxx_xxxxxxx@xxx.xxxx.xxx detailing the information specified by Licensor for the VOD Service from time to time including, but not limited to the following, in each case separately for High Definition and Standard Definition and on a Territory-by-Territory basis: (i) the actual aggregate number of VOD Customers to the VOD Service on the last day of such month, (ii) the number of VOD Customer Transactions for each VOD Included Program for such month on the VOD Service, (iii) for each VOD Included Program, the number of VOD Customer Transactions per day during such month on the VOD Service, (iv) the VOD Actual Retail Price and VOD Deemed Price per VOD Customer Transaction for each VOD Included Program licensed in such month, (v) for each VOD Customer Transaction in such month, the currency in which such VOD Customer Transaction was billed and collected and reported, (vi) VOD Licensor’s Share for each VOD Included Program licensed for such month, (vii) a calculation of the VOD Per-Program License Fee for each VOD Included Program licensed for such month, (viii) the VOD Per-Program License Fee paid to date as of such month; and (ix) such other information that Licensor may reasonably request and in any event no less than provided to any other supplier of content. Licensee shall provide real-time VOD Statements to Licensor if and when Licensee provides such reports to any other Qualifying Studio.

  • CHILD ABUSE REPORTING CONTRACTOR hereby agrees to annually train all staff members, including volunteers, so that they are familiar with and agree to adhere to its own child and dependent adult abuse reporting obligations and procedures as specified in California Penal Code section 11164 et seq. and Education Code 44691. To protect the privacy rights of all parties involved (i.e., reporter, child and alleged abuser), reports will remain confidential as required by law and professional ethical mandates. A written statement acknowledging the legal requirements of such reporting and verification of staff adherence to such reporting shall be submitted to the LEA.

  • Performance Reporting The State of California is required to submit the following financial reports to FEMA:

  • Sales Reporting Requirements This is a requirement of the TIPS Contract and is non-negotiable. By submitting this proposal, Vendor certifies that Vendor will properly report all TIPS sales. With the exception of TIPS Automated Vendors, who have signed an exclusive agreement with TIPS regarding reporting, all TIPS Sales must be reported to TIPS by either: (1) Emailing the purchase order or similar purchase document (with Vendor’s Name, as known to TIPS, and the TIPS Contract Name and Number included) to TIPS at xxxxxx@xxxx-xxx.xxx with “Confirmation Only” in the subject line of the email within three business days of Vendor’s acceptance of the order, or; (2) Within 3 business days of the order being accepted by Vendor, Vendor must login to the TIPS Vendor Portal and successfully self-report all necessary sale information within the Vendor Portal and confirm that it shows up accurately on your current Vendor Portal statement. No other method of reporting is acceptable unless agreed to by the Parties in writing. Failure to report all sales pursuant to this provision may result in immediate cancellation of Vendor’s TIPS Contract(s) for cause at TIPS’ sole discretion.

  • Monthly Reporting Within twenty (20) calendar days following the end of each calendar month, Registry Operator shall deliver to ICANN reports in the format set forth in Specification 3 attached hereto (“Specification 3”).

  • Diversity Reporting Upon request, the Contractor will report to the Department its spend with business enterprises certified by the OSD. These reports must include the time period covered, the name and Federal Employer Identification Number of each business enterprise utilized during the period, commodities and contractual services provided by the business enterprise, and the amount paid to the business enterprise on behalf of each agency purchasing under the Contract.

  • Research Use Reporting To assure adherence to NIH GDS Policy, the PI agrees to provide annual Progress Updates as part of the annual Project Renewal or Project Close-out processes, prior to the expiration of the one (1) year data access period. The PI who is seeking Renewal or Close-out of a project agree to complete the appropriate online forms and provide specific information such as how the data have been used, including publications or presentations that resulted from the use of the requested dataset(s), a summary of any plans for future research use (if the PI is seeking renewal), any violations of the terms of access described within this Agreement and the implemented remediation, and information on any downstream intellectual property generated from the data. The PI also may include general comments regarding suggestions for improving the data access process in general. Information provided in the progress updates helps NIH evaluate program activities and may be considered by the NIH GDS governance committees as part of NIH’s effort to provide ongoing stewardship of data sharing activities subject to the NIH GDS Policy.

  • Required Vendor Sales Reporting By responding to this Solicitation, you agree to report to TIPS all sales made under any awarded Agreement with TIPS. Vendor is required to report all sales under the TIPS contract to TIPS. If the TIPS Member entity requesting a price from the awarded Vendor requests the TIPS contract, Vendor must include the TIPS Contract number on any communications with the TIPS Member entity. If awarded, you will be provided access to the Vendor Portal. To report sales, login to the TIPS Vendor Portal and click on the PO’s and Payments tab. Pages 3-7 of the Vendor Portal User Guide will walk you through the process of reporting sales to TIPS. The Vendor or vendor assigned dealers are responsible for keeping record of all sales that go through the TIPS Agreement and submitting same to TIPS.
