Wage and Benefit Minimum. The wage schedule in Appendix A and the benefits covered by this Agreement represent the minimum wages and benefits due eligible nurses under this Agreement. The Employer may pay in excess of such specific wages and benefits providing such changes are applied consistently across the bargaining unit. Prior to making adjustments in excess of the requirements set forth in Appendix A, the Employer agrees to give the Union fourteen (14) calendar days advance written notice for the purposes of meeting at the Union’s request to review and determine the new wages or benefits.
