Wage Matrix. There shall be a twelve step (our current contract language) wage matrix to be created by the department’s Administrative Sergeant in cooperation with the Director of Administration and Finance. Said Matrix shall take into account former Article XIV, “longevity increases”. Said matrix shall be attached hereto and incorporated by reference, and shall serve as authority for establishing the base wage of all police officers. The wage matrix is attached to this contract.

Wage Matrix. 1. Grades six (6) and seven (7) have been eliminated from the wage matrix (see attached Appendix B). 2. Wage Matrix. A. On July 1, 2022, the Matrix attached as Appendix A shall become effective. Employees shall remain in their current step on July 1, 2022. B. The Matrix shall have two cost-of-living adjustments one effective July 1, 2023 and the second on July 1, 2024. 1. The cost-of-living adjustment to the Matrix will be based on the year-to-year change of the Urban Alaska CPI-U calclated from January 1 to December 31 of each year. 2. The Matrix adjustments in 2023 and 2024, however, shall not exceed three and one-half percent (3.5%) and not be less than one and one-half percent (1.5%) depending on the actual CPI-U. C. Employee shall move one step on the Matrix on the employee’s anniversary date during Fiscal Year 2024 which begins on July 1, 2023.

  • Wage Schedule The pay rate (including increments and stated extras) as agreed to and hereinafter in this Schedule provided, shall be in effect during the term of the Agreement.

  • Wage Scales All workers covered by this Agreement shall be classified and paid in accordance with the classification and wage scales as attached as Appendices "A" and "B" and forming part of this Agreement.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing PNG traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to PNG, the subtending arrangements between PNG Tandem Switches and PNG End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that PNG maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • Minimum Shipping Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall ship, deliver, or provide ordered goods and services within a commercially reasonable time after acceptance of the order. If a delay in delivery is anticipated, Vendor shall notify the TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and provide an updated estimated time for completion. The TIPS Member may cancel the order if the delay is not commercially acceptable or not consistent with the Supplemental Agreement applicable to the order.

  • Wage Scale The wages shown in Appendix A will be part of this Agreement.

  • Contract Schedule The information set forth in the Contract Schedule is true and correct.

  • PROGRESS SCHEDULE The Contractor, within ten (10) working days of receiving notice of the award of the contract, shall prepare and submit for the State's and Architect's information an estimated progress schedule for the Work. The progress schedule shall be related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents, and shall provide for expeditious and practicable execution of the Work.
