WAGE SCALE AND INCREMENTS. The minimum wage scale and increments for the classifications of work covered by this agreement are set forth in Appendix A. Effective January 1, 2016, all current employees will be placed at the appropriate level on the Wage/Hiring Scale (Appendix A) using a combination of each employee’s date of hire and years of experience. Any employee who, after being placed on the Wage/Hiring Scale, whose wage is above scale or whose increase is less than one dollar ($1.00) per hour will instead be given a one dollar ($1.00) per hour increase. Newly hired employees, with previous experience, will be placed on the Wage/Hiring Scale at one level below their years of experience.

WAGE SCALE AND INCREMENTS. The minimum wage scale and increments for the classifications of work covered by this agreement are set forth in Appendix A. There will be a two percent (2%) increase to scales across the board on January 1, 2020. Scales continue to move. Nursing department (LPN, NAR, TMA) over 15 years get two per cent (2%) and fifty cents ($.50) per hour added to base rate. Cooks and dietary aides over 15 years get two percent (2%) and twenty-five cents ($.25) per hour added to base rate Laundry and Housekeeping over 15 years get two percent (2%) and twenty-five cents ($.25)/per our added to base rate. Employees will move through the wage and hiring scale on their anniversary dates each year. Newly hired employees, with previous experience, will be placed on the Wage/Hiring Scale at one level below their years of experience. Newly hired employees shall not be hired above the 15 year rate on the Wage/Hiring Scale. “ Non-certified nursing assistants shall receive minimum wage under the Federal law during their training period, whether the training occurs in a classroom or at the nursing home under the direction of an instructor. Work performed on a scheduled shift basis at the facility by non- certified nursing assistants independent of an instructor shall be paid according to the scale in this Agreement.”

  • Billing Increments Unless otherwise stated in a Service Order, usage-based charges will be billed on either a per-minute or per- message basis. Service calls invoiced on a per-minute basis will have an initial minimum call duration of one (1) minute, subsequent intervals of one (1) minute each, and will be billed by rounding to the next whole minute.

  • SALARIES AND INCREMENTS 3801 Nurses shall be paid in accordance with the salary schedule as outlined in Appendix "A", forming part of the Agreement. 3802 "Basic or Regular Salary or Pay" shall mean the rates of pay shown in Appendix "A" (Salaries) and Appendix "B" (Academic Allowances).

  • Annual Increments (a) For regular full-time Employees, a one-step increase within the salary range shall become effective as of the first day of April or the first day of October as the case may be. Where the anniversary date of an initial appointment falls between January 1 and June 30, the date of the increment increase will be April 1, and where between July 1 and December 31, the date of the increment increase will be October 1.

  • CONCESSION PAYMENT AND INCREASE A. For the Initial Term of the Agreement, Concessionaire shall pay Department a minimum Concession Payment of Eight Hundred ($800.00) Dollars in accordance with the Concession Payment Schedule set forth in Exhibit B as consideration for the Concession, license and privilege granted. For subsequent Renewal Terms, if any, Concessionaire shall pay Department in accordance with the Concession Payment Schedule set forth in Exhibit B.

  • Longevity Increments 11.6.1 Each regular classified employee shall receive a two-range increase (5%) upon completion of five (5) years of satisfactory and continuous service. This increase will become effective at the beginning of the sixth year.

  • Service Increments For unit members hired from January 1 through June 30 on an 11 or 12 month contract their first step increment will be the following January 1. For unit members hired from January 1 through June 30 on a 10 month contract their first step increment will be the following February 1. For unit members hired from July 1 through December 31 on an 11 or 12 month contract their first step increment will be on January 1 after completing one (1) full year of service. For unit members hired from July 1 through December 31 on a 10 month contract their first step increment will be on February 1 after completing one (1) full year of service. Subsequent step movements will occur on January 1 for 11 and 12 month contract unit members and will occur February 1 for 10 month contract unit members.

  • Tax Increment Financing The Redevelopment Agreement provides for the capture of the Tax Increment, as defined therein, by the City of the Redeveloper Improvements to be made by the Redeveloper for a period not to exceed fifteen (15) years after the Redevelopment Project effective date defined in the Redevelopment Agreement. The Tax Increment so captured by the City shall be used for to make the Redeveloper Improvements as described in the Redevelopment Agreement.

  • Anniversary Increments Employees shall advance on the wage grid on their anniversary date in the classification.

  • ANNUAL INCREMENT (1) Staff shall be entitled to an annual increment which shall be negotiated with the Union annually.

  • Increment Date (a) Full-time Employees shall be eligible for increments annually from their date of employment.
