Wastage. LTS agrees to minimize the wastage of the Active Ingredient involved in the production of Patch hereunder and to maximize Patch yields, and will regularly report to and consult with NeurogesX regarding its Active Ingredient / Patch yields, and its efforts to improve such yields. Without limiting the foregoing, promptly after [***] months from the [***] month in which Patches are delivered hereunder, or after manufacture of at least * full batches of Patches, [***], the Parties agree to establish a minimum yield level for Active Ingredient / Patch based on the yield levels during such [***] month period, or after manufacture of [***] full batches of Patches, which ever comes later, (the “Minimum Yield Level”).

Wastage. The Employer will have the right and you agree that any wastage, loss, expense and/or breakage caused by yourself, whether caused by negligence and/or intentionally, the costs thereof will be deducted from your wages.

The internal electrical infrastructure at Kareefontein has been installed and been professionally engineered to Eskom technical specifications and has been formally approved by Eskom. From date of completion of the infrastructure the electricity supply to each site on Kareefontein will be managed, metered and controlled directly by Eskom and not by the Controlling Bodies. Eskom rules and regulations relating to residential supply, connections and charges shall apply to all homes. Eskom has confirmed that a maximum demand of 200KVA has been noted by them for the use of the 40 Stands / Units on Kareefontein. It is specifically recorded that Eskom is experiencing electricity generation, transmission and distribution constraints and also stability constraints of its interconnected power system. It is noted that capacity is going to be severely constrained for the next 7 to 10 years and that electricity must be used as efficiently as possible. This is a National problem and is not specific to the Kareefontein development. Owners will be required by Eskom to use energy efficient technologies and equipment in accordance with good practice. Eskom reserves the right to audit the manner in which electricity is used to ensure compliance with general principles of energy efficiency. To enable Owners to minimise electrical consumption Eskom have supplied various guidelines, an extract of which is detailed below;
