Withdrawal and Refunds. Voluntary withdrawal from the University and, in turn, housing prior to the opening of the residence halls will result in a full refund less the $200.00 reservation deposit. Residents whose residency is terminated automatically (due to violations of Code of Conduct or Residence Hall policies) forfeit all monies paid for that semester and remain liable for any unpaid room or meal plan balances at the time of termination. Said request will be processed and reviewed and the Housing Contract may only be terminated at the discretion of Agent. In all instances, the burden of proof shall lie with the Resident to demonstrate grounds for early termination. Residents will be responsible for any interest, collection and reasonable attorney’s fees associated with the collection of delinquent accounts. Withdrawal and Refunds. Should Participant be compelled to withdraw for good reason, as determined in the University’s sole discretion, before the beginning of the Program, the University will determine what portion, if any, of the Program fee may be refunded, bearing in mind that arrangements for travel abroad must be secured well in advance with full or substantial partial payment. No refund will be made for withdrawal after the Program has begun.
Withdrawal and Refunds. Notice of a student’s withdrawal must be given in writing to Fairfield Prep’s Registrar. If the Student’s enrollment is withdrawn in writing on or before June 30, 2008, you shall be released from the obligation to pay tuition and fees; however, your initial deposit will not be refunded. Please understand that the school’s financial obligations do not change if a student withdraws from the school after June 30, 2008. As a result, your obligation to pay tuition and fees is unconditional. If a student withdraws from the school in writing to Fairfield Prep’s Registrar: • between July 1, 2008 and December 15, 2008, you are responsible for payment of one half of the full year’s tuition and fees. • after December 15, 2008, you are responsible for payment of the entire year’s tuition and fees. Refund requests should be submitted in writing to the Business Office. In the event any action is brought to recover fees payable under this agreement, you agree to pay Fairfield Prep all costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by Fairfield Prep. Withdrawal and Refunds. Should any enrolled Student decide that they want to withdraw completely from the Program, the Program Administrator must be notified in writing by the Student. Full refund of the Program cost amount (“Enrollment Fee”) paid by the Student MINUS applicable bank fees and charges will only be granted for withdrawals made at least 3 full days (72 hours) prior to the calendar start date of the enrolled Program course.
