Witness Testing. I agree and understand that I am responsible for coordinating a Witness Test as necessary between the installer and MPC. Witness Test, as defined by the Commission’s MDGIR, means “verification (through on-site observation) by the [Electric Utility] that the installation evaluation required by IEEE Standard 1547 Section 5.3 and the Commissioning Test required by IEEE Standard 1547 Section 5.4, have been adequately performed. For Interconnection Equipment that has not been Certified, the Witness Test shall also include the verification by the [Electric Utility] of the on-site design tests as required by IEEE Standard 1547 Section 5.1 and verification by the EU of Production Tests required by IEEE Standard 1547 Section 5.2 ...”
Witness Testing. Live testing of the Facility while operating in parallel with the Electric System, in accordance with the Test Policy. Georgia Power Company, a Georgia corporation, and #GeneratorLegalName#, a OR an #OrgState# limited liability company #OtherOrgStructure#, enter into this Distribution Qualifying Facility Interconnection Agreement (“QFIA”) as of the Execution Date. GPC and Generator acknowledge: ▪ GPC, an electric service provider, owns a Distribution System that is part of the Electric System; ▪ Generator owns, or will own, the Facility, which is #FacilityEnergySource electric energy generating equipment of #InstalledCapacity kilowatts (kW) AC at unity power factor (installed, or to be installed, at the Site (#FacilityStreetAddress OR GPS coordinates Latitude #FacilityLatitude, Longitude #FacilityLongitude, #City, #CountyName County, Georgia) and known as #FacilityName#; ▪ Generator submitted to GPC its QF Interconnection Request (GPCQF)-#ProjectID# and paid the QF Interconnection Study Fee, seeking to interconnect its Facility to GPC and to conduct parallel operation of its Facility with the Electric System; ▪ Pursuant to Generator’s QF Interconnection Request application and the QF Interconnection Study Agreement, GPC conducted a QF Interconnection Study regarding the Facility (GPC-#ProjectID#) and issued a Study Report; ▪ Generator’s Facility is or will be a QF under PURPA and Generator desires to establish this interconnection for the sale of all of the output available for sale for resale to GPC under the applicable PPA with GPC; and ▪ The Parties wish to establish a mutual understanding concerning safe and effective interconnected operations of the Electric System and the Facility. In consideration of the mutual promises described here, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt, adequacy, and sufficiency of which each Party acknowledges, and intending to be legally bound, the Parties agree:‌
Witness Testing. So long as Generator has met all conditions in accordance with the Test Policy and provides at least 10 Business Daysadvance notice, the Parties will jointly select a date and time of Facility Witness Testing. GPC has no obligation to expedite its activity under either the Initial Synchronization clause or this Witness Testing clause and may schedule activity in the order of requests received, according to resource availability, and as it deems practicable; GPC will not schedule an initial Witness Test in the month of December. For reasons of safety, if the period of Initial Synch and trial operation prior to Witness Testing exceeds seven Calendar Days, GPC reserves the right to temporarily disconnect the Facility and de-energize GPC’s Interconnection Facilities. In that event, GPC reserves the right to determine when to reconnect the Facility and re-energize the Interconnection Facilities in order to proceed with Witness Testing. Per the Test Policy, Generator would also be required to pay, in advance, an additional charge for the re-energization. During Witness Testing, GPC also may temporarily disconnect the Facility to prevent parallel operation with the Electric System per Section 4.1.A(i) (Temporary Disconnection by GPC) or may require the Facility to cease operations per Section 4.1.B (Curtailment). GPC will determine the means to prevent parallel operation.

  • Random Testing Notwithstanding any provisions of the Collective Agreement or any special agreements appended thereto, section 4.6 of the Canadian Model will not be applied by agreement. If applied to a worker dispatched by the Union, it will be applied or deemed to be applied unilaterally by the Employer. The Union retains the right to grieve the legality of any imposition of random testing in accordance with the Grievance Procedure set out in this Collective Agreement.

  • ODUF Testing 6.6.1 Upon request from TWTC, AT&T shall send ODUF test files to TWTC. The Parties agree to review and discuss the ODUF file content and/or format. For testing of usage results, AT&T shall request that TWTC set up a production (live) file. The live test may consist of TWTC’s employees making test calls for the types of services TWTC requests on ODUF. These test calls are logged by TWTC, and the logs are provided to AT&T. These logs will be used to verify the files. Testing will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date on which the initial test file was sent.

  • Drug Testing (A) The state and the PBA agree to drug testing of employees in accordance with section 112.0455, F.S., the Drug-Free Workplace Act. (B) All classes covered by this Agreement are designated special risk classes for drug testing purposes. Special risk means employees who are required as a condition of employment to be certified under Chapter 633 or Chapter 943, F.S. (C) An employee shall have the right to grieve any disciplinary action taken under section 112.0455, the Drug-Free Workplace Act, subject to the limitations on the grievability of disciplinary actions in Article 10. If an employee is not disciplined but is denied a demotion, reassignment, or promotion as a result of a positive confirmed drug test, the employee shall have the right to grieve such action in accordance with Article 6.

  • Alcohol Testing Alcohol testing will be conducted by using an evidential breath-testing device (EBT) approved by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. A screening test will be conducted first. This initial screening may be accomplished using a saliva test kit. If the result is an alcohol concentration level of less than 0.02 percent, the test is considered a negative test. If the alcohol concentration level is 0.02 percent or more, a second confirmation test using the EBT will be conducted. The procedures that will be utilized by the lab for collection and testing of the specimen are attached hereto as Appendix A.

  • Laboratory Testing All laboratories selected by UPS Freight for analyzing Controlled Substances Testing will be HHS certified.

  • Acceptance Testing At the time of installation of a LIS trunk group, and at no additional charge, acceptance tests will be performed to ensure that the service is operational and meets the applicable technical parameters.

  • Inspection/Testing In order to assess Supplier’s work quality and/or compliance with this Order, upon reasonable notice by Buyer: (a) all goods, materials and services related to the items purchased hereunder, including, raw materials, components, assemblies, work in process, tools and end products shall be subject to inspection and testing by Buyer, its customer, representative or regulatory authorities at all places, including sites where the goods are made or located or the services are performed, whether at Supplier’s premises or elsewhere; and (b) all of Supplier’s facilities, books and records relating to this Order shall be subject to inspection by Buyer or its designee. If specific Buyer and/or Buyer’s customer tests, inspection and/or witness points are included in this Order, the goods shall not be shipped without an inspector’s release or a written waiver of test/inspection/witness with respect to each such point; however, Buyer shall not be permitted to unreasonably delay shipment; and Supplier shall notify Buyer in writing at least twenty (20) days prior to each of Supplier’s scheduled final and, if applicable, intermediate test/inspection/witness points. Supplier agrees to cooperate with such/audit inspection including, completing and returning questionnaires and making available its knowledgeable representatives. Buyer’s failure to inspect or test goods, materials or services or Buyer’s failure to reject or detect defects by inspection or testing shall not relieve Supplier from its warranty obligations or any of its other obligations or responsibilities under this Order. Supplier agrees to provide small business as well as minority and/or women owned business utilization and demographic data upon request.

  • Substance Abuse Testing The Parties agree that it is in the best interest of all concerned to promote a safe working environment. The Union has no objection to pre-employment substance abuse testing when required by the Employer and further, the Union has no objection to voluntary substance abuse testing to qualify for employment on projects when required by a project owner. The cost and scheduling of such testing shall be paid for and arranged by the Employer. The Union agrees to reimburse the Employer for any failed pre-access Alcohol and Drug test costs.

  • Meter Testing Company shall provide at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice to Seller prior to any test it may perform on the revenue meters or metering equipment. Seller shall have the right to have a representative present during each such test. Seller may request, and Company shall perform, if requested, tests in addition to the every fifth-year test and Seller shall pay the cost of such tests. Company may, in its sole discretion, perform tests in addition to the fifth year test and Company shall pay the cost of such tests. If any of the revenue meters or metering equipment is found to be inaccurate at any time, as determined by testing in accordance with this Section 10.2 (Meter Testing), Company shall promptly cause such equipment to be made accurate, and the period of inaccuracy, as well as an estimate for correct meter readings, shall be determined in accordance with Section 10.3 (Corrections).

  • Product Testing No later than [**] prior to a scheduled Delivery ARIAD US shall send to ARIAD SWISSCO the Delivery Documents for review. Following such review, unless within [**] of receipt of the Delivery Documents ARIAD SWISSCO gives written notice of rejection of the Product to be delivered, stating the reasons for such rejection, the Delivery shall proceed, and both Parties shall organize the same. Upon arrival at ARIAD SWISSCO nominated site it shall visually inspect the shipment of the Product to identify any damage to the external packaging. ARIAD SWISSCO may reject any shipment (or portion thereof) of the Product that is damaged by providing to ARIAD US reasonable evidence of damage within [**] after Delivery of such Product. If ARIAD SWISSCO does not so reject any shipment (or portion thereof) of the Product within [**] of Delivery of such Product, ARIAD SWISSCO shall be deemed to have accepted such shipment of the Product; provided, however, that in the case of the Product having any Latent Defect, ARIAD SWISSCO shall notify ARIAD US promptly once it becomes aware that a Product contains a Latent Defect and subsequently may reject such Product by giving written notice to ARIAD US of ARIAD SWISSCO’s rejection of such Product and shipping a representative sample of such Product or other evidence of Non-Conformance to ARIAD US within [**] after becoming aware of such Latent Defect, which notice shall include a description of the Latent Defect.
