Work on Time Sample Clauses

Work on Time. (a) If on any day the work has not been achieved as a result of delays or interruptions to work pieceworkers shall continue to work until work is completed or until the expiration of the hours of work prescribed in this Agreement. (b) In the event of a delay or interruption to work occurring after the last carcase for the day has been stuck, the necessary pieceworkers and time workers shall remain to complete the processing of all carcases.
Work on Time. 4.3.1 If on any day the tally required has not been achieved as a result of delays or interruptions to work for which waiting time has been paid, piece-workers shall continue to work until tally is completed or until the expiration of the hours of work prescribed in this Agreement for those employees to complete maximum tally. 4.3.2 Stock up to a maximum number which equals the number of head difference between "low” and “high" tally at the works concerned that are treated outside the hours specified for achieving low tally shall be credited with payment at the rate provided for stock treated in excess of "low" tally, except that stock to which that payment already applies. 4.3.3 If at the completion of the ordinary hours of work the tally required for the day has not been achieved as a result of delays or interruptions to work for which waiting time has not been paid, pieceworkers shall continue to work until tally is completed or until the expiration of the hours of work specified for maximum tally. In these circumstances no additional payments shall be made, except to that stock to which the payment already applies. 4.3.4 In the event of a delay or interruption to work occurring after the last carcase for the day has been stuck, or in respect to which boning has commenced, the necessary pieceworkers shall remain to complete the processing of all carcases. In these circumstances each pieceworker shall receive payment for the tally treated as provided in this clause plus payment for the period of delay or interruption at the rate prescribed in Clause 3.9 (Waiting Time) plus 50%.
Work on Time. In departments where normal rostered working hours per day or shift are less than nine (9) hours, each and every employee may, at the discretion of Teys Bros be required on any day or shift to work on for a period of up to and including thirty (30) minutes of overtime beyond his or her rostered finishing time of ordinary hours so as to complete scheduled production for the day or shift which for any reason has not been completed. In departments where normal rostered working hours per day or shift are nine (9) hours or more, overtime before and after such normally rostered working hours shall be voluntary. Provided that generally employees commit to working as required in emergent circumstances such as mercy kills, breakdowns etc.
