Work Schedule Modifications on Holidays. On holidays where the center/classroom is open, the program will operate with a minimum staffing pattern. Before each holiday the program will estimate and schedule the appropriate number of staff it feels is necessary to meet the anticipated attendance for the holiday and to maintain staff to child licensing ratios. On the occasions when more children are in attendance and additional staff is needed, staff may be called in to work on the holiday. When attendance is less than anticipated, staff may be sent home earlier than anticipated. With either circumstance, an employee will receive a minimum of two hours of compensation. Employees who are required to work on one of the holidays listed in 10.1, receive holiday pay and time and one half pay for actual hours worked on these holidays.

  • Work Schedule A 4/10 work schedule is four (4) ten hour days in a seven (7) day period, for a total of forty (40) hours per week.

  • Modifications/Add-ons 6.3.1 Licensee shall comply with SAP’s registration procedure prior to making Modifications or Add-ons. All Modifications and all rights associated therewith shall be the exclusive property of SAP, SAP Parent or its or their licensors. All Add-ons developed by SAP (either independently or jointly with Licensee) and all rights associated therewith shall be the exclusive property of SAP, SAP Parent or its or their licensors. All Add-ons developed by or on behalf of Licensee without SAP’s participation (“Licensee Add-on”), and all rights associated therewith, shall be the exclusive property of Licensee subject to SAP’s rights in and to the Software and SAP Materials; provided, Licensee shall not commercialize, market, distribute, license, sublicense, transfer, assign or otherwise alienate any such Licensee Add-ons. SAP retains the right to independently develop its own Modifications or Add-ons to the Software, and Licensee agrees not to take any action that would limit SAP’s sale, assignment, licensing or use of its own Software or Modifications or Add-ons thereto.

  • Modification of Work Schedule When a change of work schedule is requested by an employee and approved by the Agency, all forms of penalty pay and daily overtime compensation shall be waived by the employee for the requested change in schedule, but not for work over forty (40) hours per week.

  • CONTRACTOR’S SUBMISSION OF CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS In connection with any Contract modification, OGS reserves the right to:  request additional information  reject Contract modifications  remove Products from Contract modification requests  request additional discounts for new or existing Products

  • Changes in Work Schedules (a) In situations other than emergencies, the scheduled employees are entitled to forty-eight (48) hours notice of any change in their respective work schedules.

  • Work Schedules Workweeks and work shifts of different numbers of hours may be established by the Employer in order to meet business and customer service needs, as long as the work schedules meet federal and state laws.

  • Budget Modifications The total Approved Budget and the assignment of costs may be adjusted based on implementation of the Scope of Work, spending patterns, and unexpended funds, but only by an amendment to the Approved Budget. In no event shall an amendment to the Approved Budget result in payments in excess of the aggregate amount specified in Section 2.01 “Award of Monies” or in approved supplemental funding for the Project, if any. The RECIPIENT may make transfers between or among lines within budget categories without prior written approval provided that:

  • Cost Modifications The parties may agree to a reduction in the cost of the Contract at any time during which the Contract is in effect. Without intending to impose a limitation on the nature of the reduction, the reduction may be to hourly, staffing or unit costs, the total cost of the Contract or the reduction may take such other form as the State deems to be necessary or appropriate.
