Workers' Compensation Insurance Coverage. In the event that Contractor employs any individual to perform any portion of the Work, Contractor shall comply with Texas Labor Code, §406.096, which requires workers' compensation insurance coverage for all employees providing services on a building or construction project for a governmental entity.

Workers' Compensation Insurance Coverage. 6.7.1 STREETSCAN shall maintain statutory Worker’s Compensation insurance coverage for all of it employees at the PROJECT as required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
6.7.2 If the MUNICIPALITY is located outside of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, STREETSCAN agrees to obtain statutory Worker’s Compensation insurance coverage for all of its employees at the PROJECT, if any, as required by the laws of the state where the work is performed.
Workers' Compensation Insurance Coverage. 13.8.1 The XXxX shall:
(1) provide coverage for its employees providing services on a project, for the duration of the project based on proper reporting of classification codes and payroll amounts and filing of any coverage agreements;
(2) provide a certificate of coverage showing workers' compensation coverage to the City prior to beginning work on the project;
(3) provide the City prior to the end of the coverage period, a new certificate of coverage showing extension of coverage, if the coverage period shown on the XXxX'x current certificate of coverage ends during the duration of the project;
(4) obtain from each person providing services on a project, and provide to the City:
(i) a certificate of coverage, prior to that person beginning work on the project, so the City will have on file certificates of coverage showing coverage for all persons providing services on the project; and
(ii) no later than seven days after receipt by the XXxX, a new certificate of coverage showing extension of coverage, if the coverage period shown on the current certificate of coverage ends during the duration of the Project;
(5) retain all required certificates of coverage on file for the duration of the project and for one year thereafter;
(6) notify the City in writing by certified mail or personal delivery, within 10 days after the XXxX knew or should have known, of any change that materially affects the provision of coverage of any person providing services on the project;
(7) post a notice on each project site informing all persons providing services on the project that they are required to be covered and stating how a person may verify current coverage and report failure to provide coverage. This notice shall comply with the requirements established by the Division of Workers Compensation of the Texas Department of Insurance, or its successor agency. and
(8) contractually require each Subcontractor and person with whom it contracts to provide services on a project, to:
(i) provide coverage based on proper reporting of classification codes and payroll amounts and filing of any coverage agreements for all of its employees providing services on the project, for the duration of the project;
(ii) provide a certificate of coverage to the XXxX prior to that person beginning work on the project;
(iii) provide the XXxX, prior to the end of the coverage period, a new certificate of coverage showing extension of coverage, if the coverage period shown on the current certificate...
Workers' Compensation Insurance Coverage. (b) The Contractor shall post on the Work site a notice, in the text, form and manner prescribed by the Texas Workers’ Compensation Commission, informing all persons providing services in relation to the Work that they are required to be covered, and stating how a person may verify Coverage and report lack of Coverage.
Workers' Compensation Insurance Coverage. The District and AULA shall maintain minimum insurance coverage for Worker's Compensation, including Employer's Liability, covering its employees. The University shall maintain minimum insurance coverage for Worker 's Compensation, including Employer's Liability, covering its employees and candidates.
Workers' Compensation Insurance Coverage. County certifies that County is aware of the provisions of Section 3700 of the California Labor Code and County will comply with such provisions in connection with any work performed on the premises. Any persons providing services with or on behalf of County shall be covered by workers’ compensation (or qualified self-insurance). County’s Workers’ Compensation policy shall contain or be endorsed to contain a waiver of subrogation in favor of City, its officers, agents, and employees.
Workers' Compensation Insurance Coverage. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Title 51 RCW, Industrial Insurance to the extent applicable to it. The WSIB shall not be responsible for payment of industrial insurance premiums for the Contractor, or any Subcontractor or employee of Contractor, which might arise under the workers’ compensation insurance laws during performance of duties and services under this Contract. Prior to performing work under this Contract, the Contractor shall provide or purchase industrial insurance coverage for the Contractor’s employees, as may be required of an “employer” as defined in Title 51 RCW, and shall maintain full compliance with Title 51 RCW to the extent such Title is applicable to the Contractor during the course of this Contract. If the Contractor fails to provide industrial insurance coverage or fails to pay premiums or penalties on behalf of its employees as may be required by law, the WSIB may collect from the Contractor the full amount payable to the industrial insurance accident fund. The WSIB may deduct the amount owed by the Contractor to the accident fund from the amount payable to the Contractor by the WSIB under this Contract and transmit the deducted amount to the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries (L&I), Division of Insurance Services. This provision does not waive any of L&I’s rights to collect from the Contractor.
Workers' Compensation Insurance Coverage. In addition to the requirements contained in SECTION 9.01, the following provisions relate to the Operator’s Workers Compensation Coverage:
(A) Certificate of coverage (“certificate”) –A copy of a certificate of insurance, a certificate of authority to self-insure issued by the commission, or a coverage agreement (TWCC-81, XXXX-00, XXXX-00 or TWCC-84), showing statutory workers’ compensation insurance coverage for the Person’s or entity’s employees providing Services, for the duration of the project.
(B) For this Section, “Duration of the project” includes the time from the Contract Date to termination or expiration of this Agreement.
(C) In this Section, “Persons providing Services on the project” includes all Persons or entities performing all or part of the Services, regardless of whether that Person contracted directly with the Operator and regardless of whether that Person has employees. This includes, without limitation, independent contractors, subcontractors, leasing companies, motor carriers, owner- operators, employees of any such entity, or employees of any entity that furnishes Persons to provide Services. For the purposes of this ARTICLE IX INSURANCE AND INDEMNITY only, “Services” does not include activities unrelated to the performance of this Agreement, such as food/beverage vendors, office supply deliveries and delivery of portable toilets.
(D) The Operator shall provide coverage, based on proper reporting of classification codes and payroll amounts and filing of any coverage agreements, which meets the statutory requirements of Guam Law for all employees of the Operator providing Services for the duration of the project.
(E) The Operator must provide a certificate of coverage to the RECEIVER/TRUSTEE.
(F) If the coverage period shown on the Operator’s current certificate of coverage ends during the duration of the project, the Operator must, prior to the end of the coverage period, file a new certificate of coverage with the RECEIVER/TRUSTEE showing that coverage has been extended.
(G) The Operator shall obtain from each Person providing Services, and provide to the RECEIVER/TRUSTEE:
(i) a certificate of coverage, prior to that Person beginning work on the project, so the RECEIVER/TRUSTEE will have on file certificates of coverage showing coverage for all Persons providing Services; and
