Worksite Visitation Sample Clauses

The Worksite Visitation clause grants specified parties the right to access and inspect the project site during the course of work. Typically, this clause allows owners, their representatives, or regulatory authorities to visit the site to monitor progress, verify compliance with contract requirements, or ensure safety standards are being met. By establishing clear terms for site access, the clause helps maintain transparency, facilitates oversight, and ensures that all parties can address issues promptly as they arise.
Worksite Visitation. The BTU-TSP president, vice-president and/or other BTU-TSP representatives may, upon approval of the worksite administrator, be allowed to visit school district buildings to investigate working conditions, employee complaints, problems, or for other purposes relating to BTU-TSP affairs.
Worksite Visitation. The Association President, Grievance Representatives or Union Representatives shall be permitted to appear on work sites during working hours as union representatives for the purpose of determining whether there is compliance with the contract, or to investigate and/or resolve grievances provided that they shall not unduly disrupt or interfere with work performance, provided the immediate supervisor is notified and approves; and such approval shall not be unreasonably denied.
Worksite Visitation. The Association President and/or designated Association representatives shall be permitted to meet with members of the bargaining unit at their worksites during the regular work day subject to the following conditions: Such meetings do not interfere with instructional time, assigned duties, or other meeting obligations. Meetings during prep time are permissible provided that there is mutual agreement to do so between the Association President or designated Association representatives and the bargaining unit member. When the Association schedules an extended building visit such as meeting with multiple members during the day, such meetings will be announced in advance to the Superintendent or assigned District leadership. The Superintendent or assigned District Leadership agree to contact the Association President and/or the UniServ Consultant in the event any concerns arise about Association worksite visitation. In these instances, the District and the Association agree to meet and work to proactively address these concerns while adhering to the commitments in this provision.
Worksite Visitation. All Association business shall be conducted during non-work hours unless otherwise authorized by the Superintendent. However, the Union President, grievance representatives or Union representative, upon prior approval of the Superintendent, shall be permitted to appear on worksites during work hours as Union representatives for the purpose of determining whether there is compliance with the contract or to investigate and/or resolve grievances, provided they shall not disrupt or interfere with work performance.
Worksite Visitation. Representatives of the Union may visit the worksite 12 locations of employees covered by this Agreement for the purpose of conducting union business; 13 provided that the representatives notify the Employer of their presence and do not interfere with 14 employees in the performance of their duties. Attorney-client and work-product privileged 15 information shall not be not be disclosed to a union representative, nor shall any client file or related 16 documents be reviewed by a union representative unless previously approved by the Employer, 17 which may include redaction at the Employer’s discretion. This section shall not apply to access to 18 Department of Adult and Juvenile Detention facilities.
