Joint Review Committee. A Joint Review Committee will be established, consisting of the Local Chairman or their delegate, the Rules Instructor and another appropriate Officer(s), to review the various aspects of the training course following the completion of the first course and thereafter as the need arises.
Joint Review Committee. After the end of the first Research Program, the Parties will establish a joint review committee (“Joint Review Committee”) comprised of an equal number of representatives from each Party. Each Party may change its representatives to the Joint Review Committee from time to time, in its sole discretion, effective upon notice to the other Party of such change. The representatives shall have appropriate technical credentials, experience and knowledge relevant to the development and commercialization of Products. The Joint Review Committee will [***] in [***] under the other provisions of [***]. Additional representatives of a Party may be invited, from time to time by mutual consent of the Parties, to attend Joint Review Committee meetings. [***] with the Joint Review Committee; however, Bayer will [***] to the Joint Review Committee by Compugen. The Joint Review Committee will meet at least [***] (following the receipt of reports as set forth in Section 5.3) at such dates, times and locations as may be determined by the Joint Review Committee with unanimous consent. Alternatively, the Joint Review Committee may meet by means of teleconference, videoconference or other similar communications equipment. [***] will [***][***] associated with [***] participation on the Joint Review Committee. [***] may, at any time upon written notice to [***] disband the Joint Review Committee. If [***] provides such notice of disbandment to [***], the Parties’ obligations under this Section 5.4 will terminate, unless and until [***] provides written notice to Bayer that it wishes to reinstate the Joint Review Committee, in which case the Parties’ obligations under this Section 5.4 will be reinstated for the period following such notice by [***].
Joint Review Committee. 10.7.1 The College and the Association will each appoint three (3) persons to serve as a Committee for the purpose of crafting a new performance development/evaluation program as outlined in Appendix "A". The new program, when approved by the parties, will replace some or all of the existing provisions of Article 10.
Joint Review Committee. If the Association objects to the preliminary report, such objections and the reasons shall be submitted in writing to the president no later than thirty (30) days after receipt of the preliminary report. Upon receiving the written objections and reasons, the president of the College will convene a Joint Review Committee consisting of the Xxxxxxx, two (2) individuals selected by the president of the College, and two (2) individuals selected by the Association. The Xxxxxxx shall serve as chair of the committee. This Joint Committee shall review the preliminary report, the objections, and relevant, related documents. The committee shall make recommendations to the president of the College concerning the faculty retrenchments no later than thirty (30) days following the president's request. Decisions on the disposition of the recommendations shall rest with the president.
Joint Review Committee. 12.1.1 Within sixty (60) days after the Effective Date, a Joint Review Committee composed of eight (8) members shall be formed. Petrobangla shall nominate three (3) members, Government shall nominate one (1) member and the Contractor shall nominate four (4) members.

Joint Review Committee. The parties shall establish and hold teleconference meetings of a Joint Review Committee annually. The Joint Review Committee shall consist of six (6) members, including the head of each party’s engineering, quality assurance and material management divisions or their designees.
Joint Review Committee. The parties of this Agreement hereby establish the Joint Review Committee (“Committee”) which shall consist of four (4) members as follows:

Joint Review Committee. A. The parties to this Agreement hereby express their joint intention hereby to continue their harmonious relations; to promote mutual co-operation and understanding; to establish and maintain effective lines of communications between the parties; to consider the formulation of work rules; to insure the safety and physical well being of employees, to discover and remain aware of new safety techniques and procedures; to consider the proper interests of bargaining unit employees in the conditions under which they perform their duties by giving the employees an effective voice in the development, evolution and improvement of these conditions; to assist the Principals and the School Committee in providing the City of Salem with the safe and effective school operations. The Parties agree to meet annually as a joint-labor management committee to discuss matters relevant to bargaining unit members, administration and the school committee. The Committee shall be composed of the Superintendent and/or his/her designee; members of administration and members of the bargaining unit. At no time should the joint labor management committee exceed eight (8) people total.
