Xxxxx Periods. After your first payment of premium, we allow a 31-calendar day grace period for premium payment. The grace period starts on the day after the due date for payment. You are covered during this grace period provided payment of premium is made by the end of the grace period. If we do not receive payment by the end of the grace period, this contract is cancelled retroactively to the last date for which coverage has been paid in full. If your coverage is terminated for nonpayment, you may not be able to obtain new coverage until the next annual open enrollment period, unless you experience a qualifying event that provides you or your dependents a right to a limited open enrollment period under this contract. The section entitled “Eligibility, Enrollment and Effective Datein this contract explains annual open enrollment and limited open enrollment periods.

Xxxxx Periods. Grace Period" means the number of calendar days after City gives notice in accordance with Section 28. If a Default involves Licensee's obligation to pay money, the applicable Grace Period shall be 10 days. If a Default involves the performance or non-performance of an act, or the occurrence or non-occurrence of an event or circumstance, the Grace Period shall be 30 days; provided that if the nature of the Default is such that it cannot reasonably be cured within 30 days, then City shall not pursue its Default remedies if Licensee commences the cure within 30 days and diligently pursues the same to completion within 90 days. Notwithstanding the foregoing, there shall be no Grace Period applicable to a Default based upon a breach of a representation or warranty of Licensee, or in the breach of Licensee's covenant to maintain insurance.
Xxxxx Periods. Employees shall be entitled to an uninterrupted lunch period after the employee has been on duty for four (4) hours. The length of time for such lunch period shall be for a period of no longer than one (l) hour nor less than one-half (1/2) hour or shall be scheduled for full time employees at or about the mid-point of each work shift.

The Company will give prompt written notice, in the manner prescribed by Section 11(b) hereof, to the Investors of each Delay Period. Advance notice shall be given to the extent practicable. Such notice shall state an estimate of the duration of such Delay Period. Each Investor, by its acceptance of any share of Common Stock, agrees that, upon receipt of such notice it will forthwith discontinue disposition of the Common Stock pursuant to the Registration Statement, and will not deliver any prospectus forming a part thereof in connection with any sale of Common Stock, until the expiration of such Delay Period. In addition, the provisions of Section 2(c) shall not apply to the Delay Periods. Notwithstanding anything in this Section 2(f) to the contrary, there shall not be (i) more than two (2) Delay Periods in any twelve (12) month period or (ii) more than an aggregate of 20 calendar days of Delay Period in any twelve (12) month period.
