Xxxxx's Responsibility. During the Delivery Term, Buyer shall arrange, schedule and be responsible for electric transmission service and any costs or charges imposed on or associated with the Product or its receipt of the Product with respect to Scheduled Operations from the Electrical Delivery Point, including electric transmission costs, transmission losses, congestion costs and all risks and costs associated with any transmission outages or curtailment.
Xxxxx's Responsibility. 19.1 The Hirer warrants that the Hirer owns or has express legal authorisation to have the Goods installed or placed upon the Site and irrevocably authorises Site Safe to access the Site for the purposes of the Hire Agreement.

(i) Buyer shall be responsible for (A) causing the Network Upgrades to be installed (unless a party other than Seller is responsible under the PJM Agreements), (B) Buyer’s Percentage of the costs of such Network Upgrades constructed outside of the Delmarva Zone for which Buyer or Seller is responsible under the PJM Agreements (and Buyer’s Percentage of any costs necessarily related thereto), and (C) one hundred percent (100%) of the costs of such Network Upgrades within the Delmarva Zone for which Seller or Buyer is responsible under the PJM Agreements (and any costs necessarily related thereto). Seller shall promptly reimburse Buyer for the costs of (or related to) the Network Upgrades that are incurred by Xxxxx and are not specifically assumed by Buyer hereunder, such amounts to be invoiced and paid by Seller promptly pursuant to the provisions of Article VI. (ii) Except as otherwise expressly set forth in the Agreement, during the Services Term and the Pre-Services Term Period, Buyer shall arrange, schedule and be responsible for electric transmission service and any and all costs or charges imposed on or associated with the Products or its receipt of the Products, in each case to the extent required to be delivered to Buyer hereunder, including electric transmission costs and transmission losses after its receipt of the Products at the Delivery Point. Subject to Section 3.4(d), Seller shall have no liability to Buyer for transmission outages or curtailments (excepting actions by Seller inconsistent with the Agreement) after the receipt of Delivered Energy at the Delivery Point.
Xxxxx's Responsibility. The Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within five (5) business days of taking possession. A. If the puppy is found to be in poor health, the Buyer has the option of returning the puppy to the Seller, at the Buyer’s cost, for a full refund. B. The Buyer will provide a written statement from a licensed veterinarian clearly stating the defect or illness. C. If the puppy is not taken to a licensed veterinarian within three business days of taking possession, the health warranty is void. The Buyer has read and agrees to the terms of the health guarantee laid out here.______ We offer a lifetime return policy on all our dogs. If for a valid reason a buyer can no longer care for the dog, the Seller shall agree whenever possible to take the dog back from the Buyer and find it a new suitable home. Any return costs will be the responsibility of the Buyer. This return policy does not imply the Seller will be reimbursing any monies to the Buyer. These circumstances are dealt with on a case by case basis.
Xxxxx's Responsibility. The buyer agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit of 500.00. The balance to be paid during transfer of the puppy.
