c) Posters/Banners can only be displayed by prior agreement with the Trustees and should be removed once the event is over. The Trustees reserved the right to remove unauthorised material.
d) The hirer is responsible for any antisocial behaviour of people attending the event.
e) Ensure the purpose and conduct of the hire does not disrupt the hire of the other hall and neighbours.
f) Any equipment or electrical appliances brought into the Premises should be certified safe and in good working order and used for the purpose intended.
g) Any equipment brought into the Hall must be removed when vacating the Premises.
h) The hirer should familiarise themselves with the location and operation of the FIRE EXITS.
i) The hirer should be aware of location of the FIRST AID BOX located in the kitchen area.
Xxxxx's Responsibility. 1. Xxxxx acknowledges that the Acquired Vehicle and related documents have been duly inspected and approved by him/her and have been found to his/her entire satisfaction.
2. Buyer acknowledges that from the instant the Acquired Vehicle is delivered by Seller to Buyer, Xxxxx is solely responsible and liable for any accidents, offences or disputes regarding the Acquired Vehicle, including, but not limited to, illegal use of the vehicle, traffic violation notices, accident-related litigation, payment of related taxes, maintenance of valid insurance and updating the vehicle records with relevant RTO.
3. Buyer acknowledges that unless prohibited by applicable law, any insurance coverage, license, tags, plates or registration maintained by Seller on the Acquired Vehicle shall be canceled upon delivery of the Acquired Vehicle to, and the acceptance of, by Buyer.
4. Xxxxx agrees to submit a Notice of Transfer of Ownership for the Acquired Vehicle to the concerned RTA within 15 days from the Delivery Date. Xxxxx acknowledges his/her responsibility to update ownership details with the RTA.
Xxxxx's Responsibility. The Buyer agrees to pay the Seller the total purchase price of the puppy upon pickup or delivery minus the deposit fee. This fee does not include shipping. If shipping is required, the Buyer agrees to fees for airway shipping or nanny travel, which includes a travel crate and a health certificate.
Xxxxx's Responsibility. The hirer shall provide the company with a plan showing where he/she requires the equipment to be erected, or alternatively have a representative on the site for that purpose. Otherwise the company will erect the equipment where it thinks fit and a further charge shall be incurred if the hirer wishes the equipment to be repositioned. • The hirer is responsible for obtaining any site permits that may be necessary. • The hirer is responsible for and will indemnify the company for any loss or damage whatsoever. • In no circumstances will the liability of the company exceed the total hire charge. • The hirer will remain responsible and indemnify the company against any damage or loss caused by their negligence. In the event of a claim for loss or damage being accepted by the company’s insurers, the hirer will be liable for the first £500 of any such loss or damage.
Xxxxx's Responsibility. The Hirer warrants that the Hirer owns or has express legal authorisation to have the Goods installed or placed upon the Site and irrevocably authorises Site Safe to access the Site for the purposes of the Hire Agreement.
Xxxxx's Responsibility. The Terms & Conditions of Hire as set out below shall remain in force until such time that the Hire Period has been completed. Should the Hirer cease to work for or be employed by the Organisation before the Hire Period has been completed then the Hirer shall immediately advise the Manager that he no longer acts as Xxxxx for the Organisation and the Organisation will immediately provide a new Hirer authorised to sign a Term & Conditions of Hire Agreement. Failure to provide a new Hirer may result in the Hire Period being cancelled by the Manager.

Please ensure that the puppy is kept in a kennel or held in the waiting room of a veterinary office, and that exam room is properly disinfected before appointment. Do not let puppy walk on the floor in the veterinary office and ensure the room was cleaned prior to putting your puppy on the table. I recommend bringing a clean towel or blanket with you. The buyer is responsible for all medical expenses associated with the treatment of intestinal parasites if puppy is diagnosed with them (even if puppy has parasites present when sent home). It is common for puppy parasites to flourish after joining their new family (stress and change accommodate this). Most parasites can be contagious and it is possible that other dogs in the house can get them. The buyer agrees to provide the best possible care for their puppy. This includes but is not limited to: Housing the puppy indoors Feeding only a quality complete food intended for dogs Maintaining their puppy at a healthy weight Having their dog examined by a licensed veterinarian annually Keeping all immunizations current according to the guidelines of the American Veterinary Medical Association Administering heartworm preventative medication (if living in an area of concern) Registration of microchip The seller highly recommends providing basic obedience training with their puppy within the first year of owning their dog.
