XXXXXXX CALL OUT. The Employer shall have the option to call for a Xxxxxxx, by name, provided said applicant has been laid off and is on the out-of-work list. If said applicant has quit his/her previous employer or been terminated for cause they shall not be eligible for call out until after a 30 working-day waiting period. Said applicant shall remain a Xxxxxxx and be paid Xxxxxxx'x wages. After 500 hours if the applicant continues employment with the Employer, and is no longer performing Xxxxxxx duties, he may be reduced to Journeyman status.

XXXXXXX CALL OUT. If an HH&HN is called out to an unscheduled patient visit 31 while on standby call, the HH&HN will be paid time and one-half premium 32 with a two-hour minimum. The two-hour minimum applies to each such call- 33 out. The time and one-half premium will not be pyramided if two-hour call 34 call-out periods overlap. If an HH&HN agrees to take an unscheduled 1 appointment while not on call/standby, the HH&HN will be paid at their his or 2 her regular straight-time rate.

XXXXXXX CALL OUT. The Employer shall have the right to call Foremen by name provided: (1) The Employer shall notify the business manager in writing of the name of the individual who is to be requested for employment as a Xxxxxxx. Upon such request, the business manager shall refer said Xxxxxxx provided the name appears on the highest priority group. If no Foremen are on the highest priority list, (Book One), Foremen shall be referred from Book Two. (2) When an Employee is called as a Xxxxxxx, he must remain as a Xxxxxxx for 1,000 hours or the duration of the job, whichever is longer. This provision is for those dispatched after June 1, 2021. (3) Requested individuals shall possess a valid CPR certificate. (4) Requested individuals shall have passed a recognized Industry Foremanship class after January 1, 1995 or shall be able to document a minimum of one (1) years' experience working as a Xxxxxxx in the Electrical Contracting Industry. Requested individuals, Employees and/or Employers who falsify information or violate any eligibility requirement may be considered ineligible and no longer be able to participate in this program.
