Xxxxxxx/Supervisor. Employees at this level will have experience in more than one discipline with competency in people management skills (e.g. motivation, discipline, safety and security, etc.) They will be able to work from complex drawings and will be able to interpret and apply technical skills. They will be versed in on the job training. Employees at this level will regularly meet output targets maintaining an acceptable quality standard.

Xxxxxxx/Supervisor. By adding $104.30 to the average of the weekly wage rates for 38 ordinary hours work, including payments, applicable from time to time to the adult employees (excluding leading hands) supervised by a xxxxxxx/supervisor. Provided that where the weekly wage rate determined by this calculation is less than $607.00 per week or where juniors and/or apprentices only are supervised, the minimum wage rate to be paid shall be $607.00 per week.
Xxxxxxx/Supervisor. A Xxxxxxx/Supervisor is a bargaining unit member and who supervises other employees as assigned. He may work with tools, provided it does not interfere with the supervision of safety. Although covered by this Agreement, foremen shall be considered supervisory with full supervisory authority and responsibility as directed by the Employer, and the Employer shall be the sole judge, said exercise of such judgment shall not be subject to the grievance procedure herein, of their qualification, selection, performance, and removal. Instructions will normally and usually be given by an employee’s immediate supervisor.

  • Site Safety Supervisor 62.1 On every job site, where the Employer is the principal contractor it shall appoint a management representative responsible for safety (Site Safety Supervisor). The Employer will ensure the Site Safety Supervisor has the necessary authority to ensure that all safety laws, procedures or Codes of Practice are observed, and that the following Safety Agreement is applied. 62.2 The Employer when appointing the person appointed as the Site Safety Supervisor must ensure that person has and maintainsthe appropriate experience and knowledge of the safety requirements of the work being performed. Other duties may be assigned by the Employer to a Site Safety Supervisor, provided that such duties shall not prevent him/her from exercising their duties as a Site Safety Supervisor.

  • Supervisor Within ten (10) business days from the occurrence of the matter on which a complaint is based, or within ten (10) business days from his/her knowledge of such occurrence, an employee shall file a formal written grievance. Three copies of the departmental grievance form shall be completed by the employee stating the nature of the grievance and the remedy requested from his/her departmental Management. The employee shall submit two copies to his/her immediate supervisor and retain the third copy.

  • CONTRACTOR SUPERVISION Contractor shall provide competent supervision of personnel employed on the job Site, use of equipment, and quality of workmanship.

  • Immediate Supervisor The first (1st) District-designated supervisor or manager not within the same bargaining unit who has immediate jurisdiction over the grievant.

  • Contract Manager The Contract Manager for the Board is Xxxxxxx Xxxxx. The Contract Manager for the Contractor is the Contractor. The parties shall direct all matters arising in connection with the performance of this Agreement, other than notices, to the attention of the Contract Managers for attempted resolution or action. The Contract Managers shall be responsible for overall resolution, action, coordination, and oversight relating to the performance of this Agreement.

  • CONTRACTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Contractor shall designate a customer service representative (and inform Enterprise Services of the same) who shall be responsible for addressing Purchaser issues pertaining to this Contract.

  • Board Supervision All of the functions undertaken by the Investment Manager hereunder shall at all times be subject to the direction of the Board of Directors, its executive committee, or any committee or officers of the Company acting under the authority of the Board of Directors.

  • Quality Assurance Program An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario arising out of the Quality Assurance Program.
