J.S. 34:13A-1 et seq., the Board hereby agrees that every employee of the Board included in the unit as set forth under Article I shall have the right to freely organize, join, and support the Association and its activities and affiliates for the purpose of engaging in collective negotiations for mutual aid as protection. As a duly selected body exercising governmental power under laws of the State of New Jersey, the Board undertakes and agrees that it shall not directly or indirectly discourage or deprive or coerce any Secretary in the enjoyment of any rights conferred by N.J.S. 34:13A-1 et seq., or any other laws of New Jersey or Constitution of New Jersey and the United States.

J.S. 34:13A-1 et seq., known as the New Jersey Public Employer-Employee Relations Act, the South Plainfield Board of Education hereby recognizes the South Plainfield Education Association as exclusive representative for the purpose of collective negotiations for all full-time office personnel under contract to the Board of Education as included herein: Accounting Personnel Computer Technician Administrative Secretaries Central Registrar/RITE Officer School Secretaries Technology Facilitator Clerk Typists Webmaster District Printer but excluding: Secretary to Superintendent Personnel in Office of Assistant Superintendent

J.S.A. 34:13A-1 et seq., the parties hereby agree that the employees shall have the right to join or not to join the Federation, for the purpose of engaging in collective negotiations pertaining to the terms and conditions of their employment. The parties agree that they will not discriminate against any employee with respect to the terms and conditions of his employment by reason of his membership in the Federation or his participation in any activities thereof.

Xxxxxxxx to N. J.S.A. 52:34-13.2, all Work and all subcontractor services performed in connection with or as part of the Work shall be performed within the United States.
Xxxxxxxx to N. J.S.A. 52:15C-14(d), relevant records of private vendors or other persons entering into contracts with the Authority are subject to audit or review by the New Jersey Office of the State Comptroller. Therefore, the Vendor shall maintain all documentation related to products, transactions or services under this contract for a period of five years from the date of final payment. Such records shall be made available to the New Jersey Office of the State Comptroller upon request. The Vendor shall not disclose to any third party the contents of the information, reports, findings, analysis, surveys, drawings and creative elements generated or produced in performance of this Contract, or provide copies of same, without the prior written consent of the Authority, except where such information, reports, etc. are legally required by order of court or administrative agency, state or federal.
Xxxxxxxx to N. J.S.A. 34:13A-1 et seq., public employees included in the negotiating unit have, and shall be protected in the exercise of, the right, freely, and without penalty or reprisal, to form, join, and assist any employee organization or refrain from such activity. The Board shall not directly or indirectly discourage, deprive or coerce any member of the Council in the enjoyment of any rights conferred by N.J.S.A. 34:13A-1 et seq. and other laws of New Jersey, or Federal Law.
Xxxxxxxx to N. J.S.A. 34:13A-1 et seq., the Board agrees not to negotiate, concerning said employees in the negotiating unit as defined in Article 1 of this Agreement, with any organization other than the Association for the duration of this Agreement.
Xxxxxxxx to N. J.S.A. 34:13A-1 et seq., proposed new rules or modifications of existing rules governing working conditions shall be negotiated with the majority representative before they are established.

As a duly elected body exercising governmental power under the law of the State of New Jersey, the Board undertakes and agrees that it shall not directly or indirectly discourage or deprive or coerce any employee in the enjoyment of any rights conferred by N.J.S.A. 34:13A‐1, et seq., or other laws of New Jersey or the Constitutions of New Jersey and the United States; that it shall not discriminate against any employee with respect to hours, wages, or any terms or conditions of employment by reason of his membership in the Association and its affiliates, as identified elsewhere herein, collective negotiations with the Board, or his institution of any grievance, complaint or proceeding under this Agreement or otherwise with respect to any terms or conditions of employment.
