YMCA Membership. The City shall offer employees a low cost group membership in the Berkeley YMCA. The amount the City contributes toward the employee’s monthly membership fee is subject to federal and state income tax withholding. The City of Berkeley or its Claims Administrator may not be liable for any injury which arises out of a City of Berkeley employee's participation in and use of a YMCA membership.

YMCA Membership. The Employer agrees to contribute up to one hundred dollars ($100) on an annual basis toward the unpaid portion of either an individual or family membership in the Williams County YMCA for all employees covered by this Agreement.
YMCA Membership. The Employer agrees to reimburse permanent full-time and part-time employees for fifty percent (50%) the cost of a personal YMCA gym membership upon presentation of receipts. Seasonal and temporary employees shall be eligible for a pro-rated amount for the reimbursement under Article 22.10 based on the number of months of completed active service to the Employer.
YMCA Membership. Landlord will use its best efforts in working with the YMCA to provide discounted membership at the YMCA facility in the Building to Tenant’s employees, and have a plan and cost proposal presented to Tenant for its review and approval.

  • Membership The Committee shall include nine (9) members - five (5) representatives from CUPE/SCFP and four (4) representatives from the CTA. Up to two (2) advisors from the Ministry of Education shall act in a resource capacity to the committee.
