Your entitlement. a) You get 4 weeks of paid annual leave each year. Your leave accrues progressively throughout the year, is credited to you monthly and is cumulative. b) If you are a Continuous Shiftworker, you may get up to 1 additional week (7 consecutive days including non- working days) of paid annual leave each year. You are a shift worker for the purposes of the NES and will be entitled to the additional week after working 10 Sundays in any calendar year. If you work fewer than 10 Sundays, you will be given a pro rata entitlement of ½ day for each Sunday worked. If you work overtime on a Sunday, it will count towards your leave entitlement so long as your overtime period is at least as long as the normal rostered shift.
