Instant dismissal In the event of serious misconduct, Carinya Home may dismiss you without notice. Examples of serious misconduct include, but are not limited to: ▪ Without reasonable cause, neglecting or refusing to attend to the business of Carinya Home, displaying incompetence or repeatedly failing to observe or perform any of your duties; or ▪ Concealing any material fact or making false representation (including prior to your commencement) about your qualifications or work experience; or ▪ Conviction for any indictable offence; ▪ Consumption of alcohol or drugs which affects your working efficiency; or ▪ Any misconduct, which in the opinion of Carinya Home might tend to injure the reputation or business of Carinya Home or otherwise render you unfit to service Carinya Home. 26.5.

Instant. Execution is a type of Trading Operations execution when the Client wishes to conduct a Trading Operation by clicking at a price in the Trading Terminal. If a price is still actual a Trading Operation is confirmed. If a Quote in the Trading Terminal is not actual any more the Client is offered a new price for Trading Operation execution. An offer to conduct a Trading Operation at new price is valid during a Limited time period. User IDs for Computershare Personnel with access to Customer Confidential Information shall be deactivated immediately upon changes in job responsibilities that render such access unnecessary, or upon termination of employment.

  • Hosting 46.7.4.1 At CLEC’s request, SBC-SWBT and SBC-AMERITECH shall perform hosting responsibilities for the provision of billable message data and/or access usage data received from CLEC for distribution to the appropriate billing and/or processing location or for delivery to CLEC of such data via SBC-SWBT’s and SBC-AMERITECH’s internal network or the nationwide CMDS network pursuant to the applicable Appendix HOST, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
