000 STATUTORY HOLIDAYS. 18.100 The following days will constitute the recognized holidays within the terms of this agreement. Any other holiday proclaimed by either the Provincial or Federal Government will be automatically recognized within this Agreement.

000 STATUTORY HOLIDAYS. 17:100 The Company recognizes the following eleven (11) statutory holidays: New Year's Day Civic Day Victoria Day Canada Day Labour Day Christmas Day Boxing Day Family Day Good Friday Remembrance Day Thanksgiving Day 17:101 Payment for the above mentioned holidays shall be in an amount equal to four point four percent (4.4%) of the gross earnings of the employee.
