Remaining On Site. Where, because of wet weather, the employees are prevented from working: a) or more than an accumulated total of four hours of ordinary time in any one day; or b) after the meal break, as provide for in clause 28.1 of the Award, for more than an accumulated total of 50% of the normal afternoon work time; or c) during the final two hours of the normal work day for more than an accumulated total of one hour, the employer shall not be entitled to require the employees to remain on site beyond the expiration of any of the above circumstances. d) provided that where, by agreement between the employer and/or the employers representative and the employee’s representative the employees remain on site beyond the periods specified above, any such additional wet time shall be paid for but shall not be debited against the employees’ hours.

Remaining On Site. Where, because of inclement weather, the employees are prevented from working, the employer must action items (b), (c), (d), (e) and (f) within the time frame set out in (b) above or the employer shall not be entitled to require the employees to remain on site beyond the expiration of any of the below circumstances: • For more than an accumulated total of 4 hours of ordinary time in any one day. • After the meal break for an accumulation total of 50% of the normal afternoon working time; or • During the final 2 hours of the normal working day for more than an accumulation total of one hour.
Remaining On Site. Where rain events are brief, intermittent or occasional employees will remain on site and return to normal work when it is safe and reasonable to do so. Where employees are prevented from working because of frequent or continuous rain: a) for more than an accumulated total of four hours of ordinary time in any one day; or b) after the meal break for more than an accumulated total of 50% of the normal afternoon work time; or c) during the final two hours of the normal work day for more than an accumulated total of one hour, The employer shall not be entitled to require the employees to remain on site beyond the expiration of any of the above circumstances. Provided that where, by agreement between the employers representative and the employee’s representative the employees remain on site beyond the periods specified above, any such additional wet time shall be paid for but shall not be debited against the employees’ hours (refer clause 10).

(d) Provided that where, by agreement between the company and/or the company’s representative and the employees’ representative the persons remain on site beyond the periods specified above, any such additional wet time and/or hot time will be paid for but will not be debited against the employees’ hours. (e) Provided further that wet time and/or hot time occurring during overtime will not be taken into account for the purposes of this subclause.

Remaining On Site a) Where Employees are prevented from working because it is raining; (i) for more than an accumulated total of four (4) hours or ordinary time in any one day; (ii) after the meal break, for more than an accumulated 50% of the normal afternoon work time, or; (iii) during the final two (2) hours of the normal workday for more than an accumulated one (1) hour,the Company will not be entitled to require Employees to remain on site beyond the expiration of any of the above circumstances.
Remaining On Site. A representative of the Company must be called for consultation and agreement prior work ceases and/or starts. Normal work activities will only commence when conditions are safe to do so.

Remaining On Site. Where, because of inclement weather, the employees are prevented from working and have been sitting in the sheds for: • more than an accumulated total of 4 hours of ordinary time in any 1 day; or • more than 50 percent of the normal afternoon work time after the meal break; or • more than 50 percent of the normal afternoon work time after the meal break; or • more than an accumulated total of one hour during the final 2 hours of the normal workday; or • the reason that they are unable to access the amenities. Employees will be entitled to cease work and leave the site for the day and shall be paid in accordance with this clause.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An Employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double time and one-half (2½) for hours worked, plus a day off subject to this Agreement.

  • Holiday Falling on a Day of Rest ‌ (a) When a paid holiday falls on a regular full-time employee's day of rest, the employee shall be entitled to a day off with pay in lieu of the holiday. (b) If a regular full-time employee is called in to work on the day designated as the lieu day pursuant to (a) above, he/she shall be compensated at time and one-half for all hours worked.

  • WORKING DAY BEFORE AUCTION DATE Any intending bidder who intends to bid on behalf of another person, body corporate or firm is required to deposit with the Auctioneer prior to the auction sale an authority letter to state that he/she is acting on behalf of another person, body corporate or firm and he/she is authorised to sign all the necessary documents. A foreign citizen/foreign company may be allowed to bid for the property and if the bid is successful, the sale is subject to the foreign citizen/company applying and obtaining at his/her/its own cost to the Economic Planning Unit (if applicable) and/or relevant State Authority for the unconditional consent to the sale within the period stated in Clause 11 hereof but subject to Clause 22 hereof.
