Winter Jackets. All new employees engaged on Company projects between 1 May and 31 August will be issued, with one "bluey" jacket or agreed equivalent. Winter jackets will be replaced on a fair wear and tear basis.

Winter Jackets. The University will provide $50.00 towards the purchase of a winter jacket for part-time Porters/Drivers once during the life of this collective agreement. Winter Jackets. Employees will receive a winter jacket. If required the jacket may be replaced at the discretion of the Company. BOOT ALLOWANCE Effective on the date of ratification, employees will receive a boot allowance for "green patch" safety boots of up to one hundred and thirty-five dollars ($135.00) annually-on the first pay period in December on a separate check, upon presentation of a receipt. ON CALL WAGES Mechanics who are requested to be on-call will be compensated seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for each Monday through Friday on-call period and seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for weekend and/or statutory holidays that fall on Monday or Friday on-call period. The on-call Mechanic will be provided with a cellular phone for their use during any on-call assignments. The phone is to be used strictly for Company business.

Winter Jackets. For the benefit of Parking Lot Attendants and Sewer District employees, the Employer will purchase and make available winter jackets to be used for work during assigned work shifts only.
