If the parties are unable to agree, then the Town and the Licensee agree to submit any issues related to compliance with the Conservation Easement for final decision by the Easement Holders and thereafter the Annual Maintenance Plan shall be incorporated into the then current Community Forest Plan.
If the Town requests changes to the Annual Maintenance Plan, Licensee shall have until July 1 to agree to such changes.
