Annual Maintenance Plan definition
Annual Maintenance Plan means the plan for the provision of Planned Maintenance Services as described in Section 3.1.
Annual Maintenance Plan means an annual maintenance plan for the LIL prepared by Opco and Approved by the JOC setting out the O&M Activities to take place in each Operating Year, including required equipment outages and their durations and, where appropriate in accordance with Good Utility Practice, O&M Activities to take place in subsequent Operating Years, and containing such other information as may be required by the JOC, acting reasonably;
Annual Maintenance Plan means an annual plan for operation and maintenance of the Plant that is approved by Owner pursuant to Section 3.4.12, as the same may be revised from time to time pursuant to a Change Order. Each Annual Maintenance Plan shall be substantially in the same form as the Annual Maintenance Plan for 2012 attached hereto as Exhibit D-1.

If the parties are unable to agree, then the Town and the Licensee agree to submit any issues related to compliance with the Conservation Easement for final decision by the Easement Holders and thereafter the Annual Maintenance Plan shall be incorporated into the then current Community Forest Plan.
If the Town requests changes to the Annual Maintenance Plan, Licensee shall have until July 1 to agree to such changes.

Annual Maintenance Plan means a programme (or an updated programme) of planned maintenance schedule of a Natural Gas pipeline containing firm maintenance periods for the next 12 months, submitted to NGGMS (as and when notified by the Board by way of relevant regulations) by way of a document disclosing the information as specified in sub-Regulation 14.3, and may also contain any other information that the Transporter may deem necessary;

Once approved by the parties, the Annual Maintenance Plan may not be amended or modified without the written consent of the parties, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld; provided that, Owner may require that the Annual Maintenance Plan be amended or modified to account for updated security (including cyber-security) requirements of Owner or to cause the SMA Services and Technical Advisory Services to be performed in accordance with applicable law and insurance requirements. The approved Annual Maintenance Plan shall be integrated into the O&M Manual.
