Authorised Merchant definition

Authorised Merchant means any retail or other person, firm or corporation which pursuant to a merchant agreement agrees to accept or cause its outlets to accept Credit Cards when properly presented;
Authorised Merchant means any retailer or person, firm or corporation who pursuant to a merchant agreement with the Bank agrees to accept or cause its outlet to accept BXC High Limit when properly presented for payment for the supply of goods and/or provision of services.
Authorised Merchant means any retailer or other person, firm or corporation, its employees, servants or agents which agree to accept or cause its offices, outlets (including online stores), shops, stores, business premises and locations in Malaysia or elsewhere to accept the Card when properly presented to allow a Cardmember to make Debit Transaction to the Card. Card means KFH Debit Card-i to be issued by KFH Malaysia to the Cardmember. Cardmember means a customer of KFH Malaysia to whom the Card is issued as an authorised user (including both the Principal Cardmember and Supplementary Cardmember) and Cardmembers shall be construed accordingly.

ICBC Group Means the related or associate corporations of the Bank including but not limited to the Bank’s subsidiaries, affiliates, representative and branch offices in any jurisdiction. ICBC USB Shield Means a security device that generates USB PIN to be used together with password, username or other security codes issued by the Bank to identify and verify the Cardmember when the Cardmember accesses and utilizes internet banking services provided by ICBC. PIN Means Personal Identification Number issued by the Bank to the Cardmember to access the services offered through any SST, POS Terminal or ICBC electronic banking. SST Means Self Service Terminals which include an Automated Teller Machine (“ATM”), Cash Deposit Machine (“CDM”), Cheque Deposit Machine (“CQM”) and any other self service machines installed by the Bank or a shared inter-bank network for the use of the Cardmember.
