Dedicated Services means the regulated services other than transmission services provided by the transmission system operator to specific network users, or infrastructure operators, or at specific entry or exit points;

Dedicated Services means services providing two point digital or analog channels connecting any location within an Expected Serving Area or Optional Serving Area to any other location within an Expected Serving Area or Optional Serving Area in the same Selected MSA. (Such locations may include, but are not limited to, all AT&T premises, all premises of AT&T's customers, as well as the premises of any other supplier or user of telecommunications services). • When utilizing DDoS Shield for Internet Dedicated Services during a DDoS attack, Verizon does not guarantee that only DDoS attack traffic will be dropped or that only legitimate traffic will be allowed to reach Customer.

• Absent terms to the contrary in the Agreement, DDoS Shield for Internet Dedicated Services is implemented without specific controls that may generally be required or customary in any particular industry, and Customer is solely responsible for determining that their DDoS Shield for Internet Dedicated Services level satisfies Customer’s obligations.

• Customer agrees that DDoS Shield for Internet Dedicated Services (a) constitutes only one component of Customer’s overall security program and is not a comprehensive security solution; and (b) is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free, or to meet Customer’s requirements.

• Customer represents and warrants that in connection with DDoS Shield for Internet Dedicated Services, Customer (a) will not provide Verizon access to export-controlled information without providing advance written notification to Verizon; and (b) is not subject to any government order suspending, revoking or denying privileges necessary for the performance of Customer’s or Verizon’s obligations under the Agreement.

More Definitions of Dedicated Services

Dedicated Services means that the organization’s mandate exclusively or primarily serves one of the special needs’ populations described in program policy and as demonstrated in their Articles of Incorporation.

Dedicated Services consist of switched long distance traffic delivered by Customer to a Phone One Point of Presence ("POP") via dedicated facilities and terminated by Phone One over the Phone One network. If Customer elects to subscribe to the Dedicated Services, Customer shall be subject to the requirements set forth herein, including Section 8.

Cover-All will also provide expanded support to assist AIGT and Lexington in analyzing and implementing software changes related to mandatory, regulatory, or statistical reporting as required by AIGT or Lexington reporting systems.

Dedicated Services means the provision by the Company of a Recovery Facility reserved for the use of the Customer during an Invocation and stipulated as “Dedicated” in the Order Form;
