Dedicated Services definition

Dedicated Services means that with respect to special events the emergency medical services provider will have resources dedicated and immediately available on the grounds of the event that will not be subject to responses other than requests from the event.
Dedicated Services means the regulated services other than transmission services provided by the transmission system operator to specific network users, or infrastructure operators, or at specific entry or exit points;
Dedicated Services means services providing two point digital or analog channels connecting any location within an Expected Serving Area or Optional Serving Area to any other location within an Expected Serving Area or Optional Serving Area in the same Selected MSA. More Definitions of Dedicated Services

Dedicated Services means that the organization’s mandate exclusively or primarily serves one of the special needs’ populations described in program policy and as demonstrated in their Articles of Incorporation.
Dedicated Services consist of switched long distance traffic delivered by Customer to a Phone One Point of Presence ("POP") via dedicated facilities and terminated by Phone One over the Phone One network. If Customer elects to subscribe to the Dedicated Services, Customer shall be subject to the requirements set forth herein, including Section 8.

Related to Dedicated Services

  • Associated Services means equipment and services, asked for, along with work over unit in this bid document. These include but not limited to mud engineering, equipment & services; camp/catering/ medical services, communication, safety & fire fighting services well control services etc.

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • Related Services means the services incidental to the supply of the goods, such as insurance, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.

  • Services means those functional services ancillary to the supply of the goods, such as transportation and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, catering, gardening, security, maintenance and other such obligations of the supplier covered under the contract.

  • Dedicated Transport means CenturyLink transmission facilities between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink, or between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink and switches owned by CLEC, including, but not limited to, DS1, DS3, and OCn-capacity level services, as well as Dark Fiber, dedicated to a particular End User Customer or carrier.

  • Competing Services means to provide, manage, supervise, or consult about (whether as an employee, owner, partner, stockholder, investor, joint venturer, lender, director, manager, officer, employee, consultant, independent contractor, representative or agent, or otherwise) any services that are similar in purpose or function to services you provided to the Company in the two year period preceding the termination of your employment, that might involve the use or disclosure of Confidential Information, or that would involve business opportunities related to Relevant Products.

  • IT Services means any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Group’s data processing or other technology requirements, including software development, support or maintenance, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services, facilities management or hardware maintenance; and

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.
