If City fails to issue the Transport Notice to Proceed or the Off-Site Defects Notice within the 15 working day inspection period, the Transport Notice to Proceed will be deemed to have been issued at the conclusion of the 15 working day inspection period.
In the event that City issues an Off-Site Defects Notice, Artist will promptly remedy any defects to the satisfaction of City’s Program Officer.
