Defects Period definition

Defects Period means the period of 12 months commencing on the date of Practical Completion;
Defects Period means a period of 12 months after the date on which Practical Completion of the Works and/or Services and/or delivery of the Goods occurs (as applicable), unless stated otherwise in the Purchase Order.
