Disbursement Instruction definition

Disbursement Instruction means a notice from Administrative Agent, substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto, instructing Depositary Agent to transfer a specific amount of funds from any of the Accounts to such other account or recipient identified by Administrative Agent in accordance therewith.
Disbursement Instruction has the meaning set forth in Section 6.03(b).
Disbursement Instruction means an instruction given by the Agent at the request of the Borrower, from time to time, to the bank at which the Cost Overrun Account is maintained, to disburse proceeds maintained in the Cost Overrun Account for payment or reimbursement of Construction Expenses.

More Definitions of Disbursement Instruction

Disbursement Instruction means an instruction so entitled which (i) is given by the Producers as provided in Section 13.3, (ii) instructs the Bontang V Trustee to pay to persons described in clauses (a), (b), (c) or (d) above any amount which would otherwise be paid to Producers pursuant to Section 8.2, and (iii) specifies the funds from which such payment is to be made. Any Special Disbursement Instruction requiring payment to another trustee shall also specify the account or accounts to which such funds are to be credited and direct the Bontang V Trustee to notify such trustee that such payment is a Special Disbursement Amount for the account or accounts so specified. The inclusion of this Section 8.5 shall have no effect on the authority of the Bontang V Trustee to act and rely upon any other special disbursement or transfer instruction which does not comply with this Section 8.5 so long as such instruction is given in an instrument executed by all of the Producers.
Disbursement Instruction is here by defined to mean a Written Instruction to the Escrow Agent from the Company citing this Section 4(b) and instructing the Escrow Agent to disburse to the Fund Custodian either (i) the entire balance in the Escrow Accounts or (ii) the balance in the Escrow Account not attributable to certain Excepted Subscribers (as defined in Section 5(b) below), expressly designating the jurisdictions of the Excepted Subscribers in such Written Instructions.
