Final Design Documents means the Design Documents which provide the complete and final documents necessary or related to construction, operations and maintenance of the Project or any portion thereof and any Utility Adjustments included in the Design Work, Construction Work or O&M Work.

Finance Side Deed means the document entitled "Eastern Goldfields Regional Prison Redevelopment Project - Finance Side Deed" between the State, Project Co, Finance Co and the Security Trustee. Financial Close means when the last Condition Precedent to be satisfied (or waived in accordance with Clause 2.4) has been satisfied (or waived in accordance with Clause 2.4) as set out in a notice given by the State to Project Co in accordance with Clause 2.3. Financial Indebtedness means any indebtedness, present or future, actual or contingent, in connection with moneys borrowed or raised, or any financial accommodation whatsoever, including in accordance with the Financing Documents and the Equity Documents, or under or in connection with any bill, acceptance, guarantee, discounting arrangement, redeemable share or stock, finance or capital lease, hire purchase arrangement, the deferred purchase cost of any asset or service, or any obligation to deliver goods or provide services paid for in advance by any Financier or in connection with any financing transaction. Financial Model means the Base Case Financial Model updated from time to time in accordance with Clause 49. Financial Year means each 12 Month period commencing on 1 July and ending on 30 June. Financiers means the providers of any financial facilities, financial arrangements or accommodation to a Project Entity in accordance with the Financing Documents for the purpose of financing the carrying out of the Project.

Examples of Final Design Documents in a sentence

  • Payments, except for lump sum Bids, and except for lump sum items in the item cost Bids, will be made to the Contractor for the actual quantities only if work performed or materials furnished will be in accordance with the Final Design Documents provided by the Contractor proposing to do the work.

  • Engineer will provide Resident Project Representatives at the construction site on a full-time basis of forty (40) hours per week from Monday through Friday, not including legal holidays, as deemed necessary by the Engineer, to assist the Contractor with interpretation of the Drawings and Specifications, to observe in general if the Contractor’s work is in conformity with the Final Design Documents, and to monitor the Contractor’s progress as related to the Construction Contract date of completion.

  • The QMP shall identify a specific process for CDOT’s Review of the RFC Documents and review by any other Agencies that will ultimately have acceptance or approval authority for the Work and the Final Design Documents.

  • The Final Design Documents will not define, quantify, or in any other way represent any work as being assignable to, or to be performed by, any Consultant or sub-consultant, except for fire suppression systems or other specialized system(s) provided that it is specifically authorized, in writing, by the department.

  • Bidding Documents shall consist of, but are not limited to, the Final Design Documents, including final architectural and/or engineering drawings and specifications, special, general, and supplemental conditions of the Construction Contract, and modifications, if any, to MICHSPEC or DCSpec documents provided by the Department.

Related to Final Design Documents

  • Design Documents means, collectively and as applicable, the Conceptual Design Documents, Schematic Design Documents, the Design Development Documents and the Construction Documents prepared by the Trade Contractor.

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.

  • Site Plan means a document or map that may be required by a county during a preliminary review preceding the issuance of a building permit to demonstrate that an owner's or developer's proposed development activity meets a land use requirement.
