Final Design Documents definition

Final Design Documents means the Design Documents which provide the complete and final documents necessary or related to construction, operations and maintenance of the Project or any portion thereof and any Utility Adjustments included in the Design Work, Construction Work or O&M Work.
Final Design Documents. As defined in Section 3.1.1.
Final Design Documents means the complete final construction drawings (including plans, profiles, cross-sections, notes, elevations, sections, details and diagrams), specifications, reports, studies, calculations, electronic files, records, and submittals necessary or related to the construction of the Project and any Utility Adjustments, and satisfying the requirements presented in Section 2.2.7.7 of the Technical Provisions.

More Definitions of Final Design Documents

Final Design Documents means the For Construction Documentation which has been reviewed or deemed to be reviewed by the Project Director in accordance with Schedule 3 (Review Procedures) and Section 8 of Schedule 5 (Design Development). Finance Co means Stella EGRP Finance Pty Limited (ACN 153 050 198). Finance Side Deed means the document entitled "Eastern Goldfields Regional Prison Redevelopment Project - Finance Side Deed" between the State, Project Co, Finance Co and the Security Trustee. Financial Close means when the last Condition Precedent to be satisfied (or waived in accordance with Clause 2.4) has been satisfied (or waived in accordance with Clause 2.4) as set out in a notice given by the State to Project Co in accordance with Clause 2.3. Financial Indebtedness means any indebtedness, present or future, actual or contingent, in connection with moneys borrowed or raised, or any financial accommodation whatsoever, including in accordance with the Financing Documents and the Equity Documents, or under or in connection with any xxxx, acceptance, guarantee, discounting arrangement, redeemable share or stock, finance or capital lease, hire purchase arrangement, the deferred purchase cost of any asset or service, or any obligation to deliver goods or provide services paid for in advance by any Financier or in connection with any financing transaction. Financial Model means the Base Case Financial Model updated from time to time in accordance with Clause 49. Financial Year means each 12 Month period commencing on 1 July and ending on 30 June. Financiers means the providers of any financial facilities, financial arrangements or accommodation to a Project Entity in accordance with the Financing Documents for the purpose of financing the carrying out of the Project.
Final Design Documents means the For Construction Documentation which has been reviewed or deemed to be reviewed by the State Representative in accordance with Schedule 3 (Review Procedures) and Schedule 5 (Design Development).
Final Design Documents means the final design documentation (including operating instructions and warranty details on equipment and labor) related to the installation and operation of the Improvements and developed from the Energy Feasibility Study and Concept Report.

Related to Final Design Documents

  • Design Documents means, collectively and as applicable, the Conceptual Design Documents, Schematic Design Documents, the Design Development Documents and the Construction Documents prepared by the Trade Contractor.

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.

  • Condominium Documents means the master deed, recorded pursuant to this act, and any other instrument referred to in the master deed or bylaws which affects the rights and obligations of a co-owner in the condominium.

  • RFP Project Documents means the following documents to be entered into in respect of the Project, by the parties to the respective agreements:

  • Design-build contract means a single contract with a Design-Build Firm for the design and construction of a public construction project.

  • Plans and Specifications means the plans, drawings and specifications reasonably necessary to properly assess and review proposed Work prior to issuance of any approval that may be required under this Agreement;

  • Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.

  • Site Plan means a document or map that may be required by a county during a preliminary review preceding the issuance of a building permit to demonstrate that an owner's or developer's proposed development activity meets a land use requirement.
