Financing Related Parties definition

Financing Related Parties means any former, current or future general or limited partners, stockholders, managers, members, agents, Representatives, Affiliates, successors or assigns of the Financing Sources.
Financing Related Parties means any Financing Source’s Affiliates or any of its or its Affiliates’ former, current or future general or limited partners, stockholders, managers, members, controlling persons, agents, employees, accountants, consultants, legal counsel, financial advisors or any of their successors or assigns.

More Definitions of Financing Related Parties

Financing Related Parties means the entities that have committed to provide or arrange any of the Financing, including any other parties to any joinder agreements and any definitive agreements relating thereto together with their respective affiliates and their and their respective affiliates’ officers, directors, employees, controlling persons, agents and representatives and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
Financing Related Parties means the Persons (other than Parent or any of its Affiliates) party from time to time to the Debt Commitment Letter, including any such Persons becoming party thereto pursuant to any joinder documentation, and shall also include each other Person that has committed or agreed to provide, arrange, syndicate, underwrite, purchase or place any Financing, or has otherwise entered into any agreement with Parent or any of its Affiliates in connection with, or that is otherwise acting as an arranger, bookrunner, underwriter, initial purchaser, placement agent, administrative or collateral agent, trustee or a similar representative in respect of, all or any part of the Financing, the respective Affiliates of any of the foregoing and the respective partners, managers, members, trustees and Representatives of any of the foregoing or any such Affiliates.
Financing Related Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 10.3(d).
