Full Plan. The version of the repayment option plan which applies in the circumstances stated in B20.3.2.
Full PlanA member who has earned ninety (90) hours’ pay in a month (120 hours’ pay for initial month’s coverage) will be included in the full plan for the month, which shall include the month’s provincial medical care plan premium, if any. The Plan shall continue the dental, vision care, and major medical benefits to the surviving spouse of any employee who has been enrolled on the full plan whose estate entitled to a death benefit under the plan for one (1) year from the death. Mini Plan: Any employee who is not covered by the full plan for the month will be covered under the Life Insurance + Accidental Death + Dismemberment benefit for that month.

It is the intention of this provision to provide the stated benefits in legitimate cases of overdose but at the same time to avoid abuse in illegitimate cases. It is therefore agreed that no employee shall be entitled to the stated benefits if the exposure results from his own carelessness. In the event of abuse the may cancel this Article after notifying the and listing such abuses. An employee who has received an overdose of radiation will become eligible to apply for weekly indemnity until such time as he goes on Workers’ Compensation.   • Basic health plan model plan means a health plan as required in RCW 70.47.060(2)(e).

  • System for Award Management (SAM means the primary Government repository for prospective Federal awardee and Federal awardee information and the centralized Government system for certain contracting, grants, and other assistance-related processes. It includes—

  • Benefits Committee means the Employee Benefits Committee of Textron.
