Implementation Manual definition

Implementation Manual means the manual adopted by the Borrower pursuant to Section 6.01(i) and to be used by the Borrower, XXXXX and ONAS for the purposes of the implementation of the Project;

Implementation Manual means the Implementation Manual to be adopted pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.01 (a), for the implementation of all the components of the Project, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, and referred to in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement and containing, inter alia, disbursement and procurement arrangements, work plans, training plans, the monitoring and performance indicators set forth in Schedule 5 to this Agreement, and procedures to be used for the purposes of implementation of the Project, as they may be amended from time to time, in consultation with the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Implementation Manual;

Implementation Manual or “IM” means the procedure manual for the carrying out of the Project, satisfactory to the Bank, prepared by the Borrower and submitted to the Bank in accordance with paragraph B.9 of Schedule 5 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time with the Bank’s prior agreement;

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

• The procedural and audit requirements will form part of the FAIM Implementation Manual and the Pre-Audit assessment.

More Definitions of Implementation Manual

Implementation Manual means the manual, dated December 21, 1999, setting forth the managerial, financial, administrative and environmental policies and procedures for the execution of the Project, and the eligibility criteria for selection, financing and implementation of Subprojects; as the same may be amended from time to time with the prior written agreement of the Bank;

Implementation Manual means the comprehensive manual for the implementation of all components of the Project dated March 5, 1996 and referred to in paragraph 2(a) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

Implementation Manual means goals, policies, guidelines, procedures, standards, and requirements approved by the Board of Supervisors to implement this chapter, as described in Section 18.08.

Implementation Manual means the HOME Program Implementation Manual as set forth in these rules.

Implementation Manual means the manual dated April 30, 2010, which sets out the terms, conditions, and procedures for Project implementation, and which includes the Procurement Plan, and GAAP, as such manual may be revised from time to time with the prior concurrence of the Bank.

Implementation Manual means a manual adopted by the Finance Department to clarify roles and responsibilities for the implementation of the Operation.

Implementation Manual means the manual referred to in Section 5.01 (d) of this Agreement;
