Monthly Base Fee definition

Monthly Base Fee means the annual Base Fee paid to the Executive, divided by 12;
Monthly Base Fee has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.01(a) of the Servicing Agreement.
Monthly Base Fee means the monthly fees payable by Client to Company as set forth in an applicable Executed Order.

More Definitions of Monthly Base Fee

Monthly Base Fee means the minimum monthly fees payable by Customer to M&I for those Initial Services identified in the ADP Services Schedule or the Fee Schedule as being included in the Monthly Base Fee.

Monthly Base Fee. The Medical Director Shall be compensated in the sum of $35,370.42 per month and a total of $424,445.00, per year, commencing on July 1, 2020. The MCB shall annually review and evaluate the performance of the Medical Director and set the Monthly Base Fee and this fee shall not be less than $35,370.42 per month. The parties acknowledge and agree that this Monthly Base Fee that is paid to the University for the Medical Director's services shall be an all- inclusive amount that covers the Medical Director's salary, travel allowance, membership dues, vacation pay and sick leave, and all other benefits (other than appropriate Directors and Officers insurance coverage which will be paid for by EMSA).

  • Monthly Base Salary means 1/12th of the greater of (i) Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control Termination or a Covered Termination, as applicable, or (ii) in the case of a Change in Control Termination, Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control.

  • Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

Compliance with fecal coliform bacteria or E coli bacteria limitations shall be determined using the geometric mean.

  • Program Fee As defined in the Fee Letter.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Basic Monthly Earnings means your monthly rate of earnings from the Sponsor in effect immediately prior to the date Disability or Partial Disability begins. However, such earnings will not include bonuses, commissions, overtime pay and extra compensation.

  • Monthly Remittance Amount The sum of the Group I Monthly Remittance Amount and the Group II Monthly Remittance Amount.

  • Average Monthly Limit means the maximum allowable "Average Monthly Concentration" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l); otherwise, it means "Average Monthly Discharge Limitation" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • Gross Revenue means all of the earnings and revenues received by the RECIPIENT from the maintenance and operation of the Utility and all earnings from the investment of money on deposit in the Loan Fund, except (i) Utility Local Improvement Districts (ULID) Assessments, (ii) government grants, (iii) RECIPIENT taxes, (iv) principal proceeds of bonds and other obligations, or (v) earnings or proceeds (A) from any investments in a trust, Defeasance, or escrow fund created to Defease or refund Utility obligations or (B) in an obligation redemption fund or account other than the Loan Fund until commingled with other earnings and revenues of the Utility or (C) held in a special account for the purpose of paying a rebate to the United States Government under the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Monthly Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in subsection 3.01.

  • Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10(a).

  • Annualized as used herein shall mean the multiplication of the applicable amount for any given period by a fraction, the numerator of which is 365 and the denominator of which is the number of days elapsed in such period.

  • Last Monthly Benefit means the gross Monthly Benefit payable to the Insured Employee immediately prior to death. Any reductions for Other Income Benefits, or for earnings the Insured Employee received for Partial Disability Employment, will not apply.

  • Contract Fee means the lump sum rates as outlined in Schedule ‘B’ – Quote Form.

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.
