Parent Option Plans. Parent Option Plans" shall mean: (a) Parent's Second Amended and Restated 2007 Equity Incentive Plan; and (b) Parent's Amended and Restated 2000 Stock Plan.

Parent Option Plans has the meaning specified in Section 4.3(a).

• Except as set forth in the Parent SEC Documents, there were outstanding as of May 28, 2000, no options, warrants or other rights to acquire (including through the conversion or exchange of securities) capital stock from Parent other than stock options representing in the aggregate the right to purchase 25,627,130 shares of Parent Common Stock under the Parent 1982 Stock Plan, 1985 Stock Plan, 1990 Stock Plan, 1995 Stock Plan, Golden Valley Stock Plan and Goodmark Stock Plan (the "Parent Option Plans").

Parent Option Plans means the Second Amended and Restated 1996 Management Stock Option Plan, 1996 Director Stock Option Plan, Imaging Automation, Inc. 1996 Stock Option Plan, Imaging Automation, Inc. 2003 Employee, Director and Consultant Stock Plan, Parent 2005 Long Term Incentive Plan, Viisage Technology AG Share Option Plan and 2001 Directors Stock in Lieu of Cash Plan.

Parent Option Plans means the Parent’s 2007 Omnibus Incentive Plan, Parent’s Virtual Stock Option Plan of November 2017 and Parent’s Virtual Stock Option Plan of March 2018.

Parent Option Plans means Parent’s Employee Stock Option Plan and the Parent 2006 Plan, in each case as amended and restated prior to the date hereof.

Parent Option Plans means Parent’s: (a) 2007 Plan, (b) 2011 Plan, (c) two Designated Plans and (d) Protiva Option Plan, each as have been amended.

Parent Product. “Parent Product” shall mean GIAPREZA (angiotensin II) and LJPC- 0118 (artesunate), and any other clinical or pre-clinical products that have reached the development candidate stage owned by, or licensed to, the Parent or any Parent Company, or which the Parent or any Parent Company is currently developing, manufacturing, using or holding for use (whether or not in collaboration with another Person). Parent SEC Documents. “Parent SEC Documents” shall mean registration statements, proxy statements, certifications and other statements, reports, schedules, forms and other documents filed by Parent with the SEC. Parent Unaudited Balance Sheet. “Parent Unaudited Balance Sheet” shall mean the unaudited consolidated balance sheet of the Parent and its consolidated Subsidiaries as of March 31, 2020 included in the Parent’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2020.
