Publishing Services definition

Publishing Services has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.

Publishing Services means the services described in the document titled "Digital Commons Publishing Services" found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/publishing_services_description.pdf. We reserve the right to changethe services provided from time to time. Your continued use of the Publishing Services indicates your assent to the services then provided.

Publishing Services means Licensor’s services procured by Customer on its behalf as well as on behalf of the Licensees for Eligible Authors of the Licensees related to a) pre-publishing services, which may include managing and resourcing the publishing process, the provision of online tools for editors and authors, article review, copy-editing, typesetting and formatting, production and hosting, liaison with abstracting and indexing services, and customer services, as per the applicable workflows at the relevant journal, identification and verification of Eligible Authors, and b) subject to the terms of these Product Terms, procuring the publication by the relevant publisher of the Eligible Article in the respective Open Access Journal.

Such Publishing Services may include a) pre-publishing services such as e.g., managing the publishing process, the provision of online tools for editors and authors, article review, copy- editing, typesetting and formatting, production and hosting, liaising with abstracting and indexing services, and customer services, as per the applicable workflows at the relevant journal, and identification and verification of Eligible Authors, and

Publishing Services means Licensor’s services covered by the standard list price article processing charge at the relevant Open Choice Journal procured by Licensee for the publication of an Eligible Article. Publishing Services include a) pre-publishing services, which include managing the publishing process, article review, typesetting and formatting, production and hosting, liaison with abstracting and indexing services, and customer services, and identification and verification workflow of Eligible Authors, and b) (subject to the Eligible Author agreeing to the journal publisher’s publishing terms, and subject to these Product Terms), the publication of the Eligible Article in an Open Choice Journal. For clarity, the manner of provision of services listed in point a) may vary from journal to journal based on their applicable workflows.
