Residential House definition
Residential House means the house constructed on the Erf in terms of this Building Agreement;
Residential House means a building containing only one residential unit – a self- contained interlinking group of rooms for accommodation and housing of a single family, or a maximum of four persons who do not satisfy the definition of a “family”, together with such outbuildings as are ordinarily used therewith;
Residential House means each of the eight (8) individual houses constructed on the Land and the Development for private residential purposes in accordance with the Building Plans and the Government Grant and designated as House 1, House 2, House 3, House 5, House 6, House 7, House 8 and House 9 and in respect of each Residential House shall include, without limitation, the carport within a Residential House (including two Residential Car Parking Spaces on Lower Ground Floor as set out in the FIRST SCHEDULE hereto), private garden, flat roof(s), the roof(s) above, the Non-enclosed Areas forming part of the relevant Residential House, all walls and partitions (whether load bearing or structural or not) of or within a Residential House, the columns, beams, floor slabs and other structural supports of or within a Residential House, all windows, glass balustrades, railing (including for the avoidance of doubt, any lighting fittings installed within or on such railing (if any)), balcony (including for the avoidance of doubt, any lighting fittings installed within the balcony), utility platform (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any lighting fittings installed within such utility platform), acoustic balcony (if any) (including the sound absorptive materials at the ceiling and soffit on top thereof), air-conditioning plant area (if any), staircase, entrance lobby, planter, pipe duct (if any), sink, water meter cabinet, electric meter cabinet, gas meter cabinet, F.S. (fire service) pump & 2M3 tank room (if any), F.S. (fire service) plant room (if any), lift and lift shaft serving exclusively a Residential House, aluminium fins (if any), cat ladder (if any), fixed glazing forming part of the Noise Mitigation Measures and serving exclusively a Residential House and which is for the purpose of identification shown as Turquoise Dash Line and marked "FIXED GLAZING" on the Noise Mitigation Measure Ground Floor Plan, First Floor Plan, Second Floor Plan and Third Floor Plan of the DMC Plans, swimming pool on roof, filtration and A/C (air-conditioning) plant area, external walls and the inner half of the fence wall adjoining the private garden of and appertaining to a Residential House and dividing one Residential House from its neighbouring Residential House and shall in the case of each Residential House also include all the structure which serve to support exclusively the Residential House and no other part of the Development, and "Residential Houses" shall be construed accordingly;
