Senior Executive Management definition

Senior Executive Management means Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and other executive managers reporting directly to CEO and additionally Chief Internal Auditor of the Company.
Senior Executive Management means the Corporation’s Chief Executive Officer and its Designated Executives;
Senior Executive Management means (a) an Executive whose title with respect to Exelon is Executive Vice President or above, (b) an Executive whose title with respect to a Company other than Exelon is Chief Executive Officer or President, and (c) an Executive whose title with respect to a Company is Senior Vice President or above and who held such a title since on or before July 1, 2003.

Senior Executive Management means (a) an Executive whose title with respect to Exelon is Executive Vice President or above, (b) an Executive whose title with respect to a Company other than Exelon is Chief Executive Officer or President, and (c) such other Executive who was described in subparagraph (a) or (b) and has been grandfathered by the Plan Administrator.
Senior Executive Management means (a) Exelon’s Chief Executive Officer and each Senior Vice President or above of Exelon who reports directly to Exelon’s Chief Executive Officer and/or who is Exelon’s Chief Financial, Human Resources or Legal Officer, and (b) any other Executive who was a member of Senior Executive Management as of December 31, 2019 (as defined in the Plan as of such date).
Senior Executive Management means (a) an Executive whose title with respect to Exelon is Executive Vice President or above, (b) an Executive whose title is President or Chief Executive Officer with respect to Baltimore Gas & Electric Company, Commonwealth Edison Company, Exelon Generation Company, LLC, PECO Energy Company or such other Company as may be designated by Exelon’s Chief Human Resources Officer, and (c) such other Executive who was described in subparagraph (a) or (b) and has been grandfathered by the Plan Administrator.
