Software Maintenance Plan definition

Software Maintenance Plan means a maintenance plan for the Software provided by Acumatica and purchased from your Authorized Acumatica Reseller or Acumatica.
Software Maintenance Plan means the agreement in the form attached as Appendix B hereto.
Software Maintenance Plan means a yearly subscription plan with Versadial Solutions that allows access to the support desk and upgrades.

  • If your Software Maintenance Plan lapses, you may be charged fees for the lapsed period, reinstatement fees and penalties, in order to purchase a new Software Maintenance Plan.

  • In the case of a Perpetual License, upon any termination by you pursuant to this Section, Acumatica shall refund you any prepaid fees received by Acumatica for your Software Maintenance Plan for the balance of the term after the effective date of termination.

  • In the case of Perpetual Licenses, Updates will be provided to you as long as you are currently covered by a Software Maintenance Plan.


More Definitions of Software Maintenance Plan

Software Maintenance Plan or “SMP” means the technical support and maintenance services described at https://www.labvantage.com/legal/support.
Software Maintenance Plan or "Maintenance" means this Exhibit A. "Software Upgrades" means software upgrades, including new major versions of Software or other software products with substantially the same features and functionality as the Software. "Software Updates" means maintenance software releases, bug fixes, and patches. Licensor agrees to provide software maintenance for Software as set forth in this Software Maintenance Plan. Purchase of Maintenance does not in any way extend, modify, or enhance the original software product warranty, if any, for the Software except as specifically set forth in this Software Maintenance Plan. A Licensee must have the current version of the Software in order to purchase Maintenance and additional software licenses. NETIKUS is only obligated to maintain and support the then most-current release of the Software. It is the responsibility of Licensee to keep its computer hardware current with the latest release of the Software. Licensee acknowledges that use of Software Upgrades or Software Updates may require new hardware and/or third party software and/or upgrades. This Agreement does not cover any Software that has been modified, amended, or deleted by a party other than NETIKUS. The duration of this Software Maintenance Plan shall be for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of the underlying license agreement between Licensee and LICENSOR. Software Maintenance Plan means a maintenance plan for the Software provided by QL and purchased from your Authorized QL Reseller or QL.
Software Maintenance Plan means any arrangement pursuant to which ABG provides a customer with (i) software support to answer or resolve any technical questions or problems related to the use of the Collaboration Products and/or (ii) maintenance to correct errors, de-bug or provide enhancements in the form of patches, updates, new releases, or new versions of the Collaboration Products.

Related to Software Maintenance Plan

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.

  • Scheduled Maintenance means any adjustment, repair, removal, disassembly, cleaning, or replacement of components or systems required by the manufacturer which is performed on a periodic basis to prevent part failure or equipment or engine malfunction, or anticipated as necessary to correct an overt indication of malfunction or failure for which periodic maintenance is not appropriate.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.
