Software Maintenance Plan definition

Software Maintenance Plan means a maintenance plan for the Software provided by Acumatica and purchased from your Authorized Acumatica Reseller or Acumatica.
Software Maintenance Plan means the agreement in the form attached as Appendix B hereto.
Software Maintenance Plan means a yearly subscription plan with Versadial Solutions that allows access to the support desk and upgrades.

  • Eddyfi shall have no obligations to provide technical support and expertise for i) Hardware Product that are not under a valid calibration certificate or under a valid Hardware Maintenance Plan (HMP), and ii) Software that has not been updated to the latest version available under a Software Subscription or a Software Maintenance Plan.

  • In the case of a Perpetual License, upon any termination by you pursuant to this Section, Acumatica shall refund you any prepaid fees received by Acumatica for your Software Maintenance Plan for the balance of the term after the effective date of termination.

  • In the case of a Perpetual License, if your Software Maintenance Plan lapses, you may be charged fees for the lapsed period, reinstatement fees and penalties in order to purchase a new Software Maintenance Plan.

  • In the case of Perpetual Licenses, Updates will be provided to you as long as you are currently covered by a Software Maintenance Plan.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in the applicable Agreement, these Support and Availability Commitment terms shall terminate upon expiration or termination of the order or expiration or termination of Your right to access eLabNext Software products through the expiry of Your Software License or Software Maintenance Plan for a Perpetual License.

  • If your Software Maintenance Plan lapses, you may be charged fees for the lapsed period, reinstatement fees and penalties, in order to purchase a new Software Maintenance Plan.

  • Upon acceptance of this ▇▇▇▇, Grantor will provide new Customers with an initial one (1) year subscription to the HYPACK Software Maintenance Plan (“Plan”) at no charge.

  • The Publisher shall remit to HealthGate a fee of $1,200 for each 8 hours of labor time used for the development of additional functions or features not described in the Software Maintenance Plan.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Publisher may elect to request the development of additional functions or features not described in the Software Maintenance Plan.

  • Notwithstanding any other term or provision of this Agreement or the Content Maintenance Plan, HealthGate retains all right, title and interest to the Software (as defined in Section 4 hereof), computer code written by HealthGate for the design, format, appearance and presentation of the Site, the Software, the Software Maintenance Plan and other HealthGate Properties (as defined in Section 20 (a) hereof).

A Licensee must have the current version of the Software in order to purchase Maintenance and additional software licenses. NETIKUS is only obligated to maintain and support the then most-current release of the Software. It is the responsibility of Licensee to keep its computer hardware current with the latest release of the Software. Licensee acknowledges that use of Software Upgrades or Software Updates may require new hardware and/or third party software and/or upgrades. This Agreement does not cover any Software that has been modified, amended, or deleted by a party other than NETIKUS. The duration of this Software Maintenance Plan shall be for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of the underlying license agreement between Licensee and LICENSOR. Software Maintenance Plan means any arrangement pursuant to which ABG provides a customer with (i) software support to answer or resolve any technical questions or problems related to the use of the Collaboration Products and/or (ii) maintenance to correct errors, de-bug or provide enhancements in the form of patches, updates, new releases, or new versions of the Collaboration Products.
Software Maintenance Plan means a maintenance plan for the Software provided by Supplier and purchased from your Authorized Reseller or directly from Supplier.
