Subject Request definition

Subject Request means a written request made in accordance with applicable Data Protection Legislation from a data subject for any of the following:
Subject Request means a request made by a Data Subject to exercise any rights of Data Subjects under Data Protection Laws; GDPR means the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679; Personal Data has the meaning given to that term in Data Protection Laws;
Subject Request means a request made by a Data Subject to exercise any rights of Data Subjects under Data Protection Laws;

  • Data Processor will instruct the Data Subject to contact the Customer in the event Data Processor receives a Data Subject Request directly.

  • Factoring into account the nature of the Processing, Okta shall assist Customer by appropriate organizational and technical measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of Customer’s obligation to respond to a Data Subject Request under Data Protection Laws and Regulations.

  • If a Data Subject Request or other communication regarding the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement is made directly to us, we will promptly inform you and will advise the Data Subject to submit their request to you.

  • To the extent that you are unable to independently address a Data Subject Request through the Subscription Service, then upon your written request we will provide reasonable assistance to you to respond to any Data Subject Requests or requests from data protection authorities relating to the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement.

  • In addition, to the extent Customer, in its use of the Service, does not have the ability to address a Data Subject Request, Okta shall, upon Customer’s request, provide commercially- reasonable efforts to assist Customer in responding to such Data Subject Request, to the extent that Okta is legally authorized to do so, and the response to such Data Subject Request is required under Data Protection Laws and Regulations.


More Definitions of Subject Request

Subject Request means a request made by a Data Subject to exercise any rights of Data Subjects under Data Protection Laws; International Organisation means an organisation and its subordinate bodies governed by public international law, or any other body which is set up by, or on the basis of, an agreement between two or more countries; International Recipient has the meaning given to that term in clause 7; Main Contract means the contract(s) between the Parties for the provision of good and/or services to the Charity; Personal Data has the meaning given to that term in Data Protection Laws;
Subject Request means a request made by a Data Subject to exercise any right(s) of Data Subjects under the UK GDPR or under any similar Data Protection Legislation in relation to any of the Relevant Personal Data or concerning the Processing of such data; Permitted Lawful Basis means the permitted lawful basis for Processing the Personal Data by the joint controllers as set out in part A of Appendix 1 of this Schedule Permitted Purposes means the intended use of the Relevant Personal Data as set out in the applicable part of Appendix 1 of this Schedule the permitted purposes for processing by the joint controllers being set out in Part A and the permitted purposes for processing by MOPAC in Part B); Permitted Recipients means employees of the parties and those contractors detailed in Appendix 5 of this Schedule who need access to the Relevant Personal Data for or to enable the accomplishment of the Permitted Purposes;
Subject Request means a request made by a Data Subject to exercise any rights of Data Subjects under Data Protection Laws; Data Protection Laws means as applicable and binding on the Customer, Kinetic and/or the Services: a) in the United Kingdom: i. the Data Protection Act 2018 ii. the GDPR, and/or any corresponding or equivalent national laws or regulations; b) in member states of the European Union: the GDPR, and all relevant member state laws or regulations giving effect to replacing or supplementing the same; and c) any Applicable Laws replacing, amending, extending, re-enacting or consolidating any of the above Data Protection Laws from time to time;
Subject Request means a request made by a Data Subject to exercise any right(s) of Data Subjects under Data Protection Laws in relation to any of the Shared Personal Data or concerning the processing of such data; Disclosing Party means the Party that transfers or makes available personal or special category data to the Receiving Party for the Permitted Purpose
Subject Request means a request made by a Data Subject to exercise any rights of Data Subjects under Data Protection Laws; Data Protection Laws means as applicable and binding on the Customer, Service Provider and/or the Services: (a) in the United Kingdom: (i) the Data Protection Xxx 0000 and any laws or regulations implementing Directive 95/46/EC (Data Protection Directive); and/or (ii) the GDPR, and/or any corresponding or equivalent national laws or regulations; (b) in member states of the European Union: the Data Protection Directive or the GDPR, once applicable, and all relevant member state laws or regulations giving effect to or corresponding with any of them; and (c) any Applicable Laws replacing, amending, extending, re-enacting or consolidating any of the above Data Protection Laws from time to time;
Subject Request a request made by or on behalf of a Data Subject in accordance with rights granted pursuant to the Data Protection Legislation including the right (i) to be informed, (ii) of access, (iii) to rectification, (iv) to erasure, (v) to restrict processing, (vi) to data portability, (vii) to object and (viii) to automated decision making including profiling.
Subject Request means a Data Subject's request to exercise that person’s rights under Data Protection Laws in respect of that person’s Personal Data, including, without limitation, the right to access, correct, amend, transfer, obtain a copy of, object to the processing of, block or delete such Personal Data.
