Master File has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Servicer File means, collectively, all documents, records and copies pertaining to a Mortgage Loan which are required to be included in the related Servicer File pursuant to Section 3 thereof.
Drug Master File or “DMF” is described in 21 C.F.R. Part 314.420. A DMF is a submission to the FDA that may be used to provide confidential detailed information about facilities, processes, or articles used in the manufacturing, processing, packaging, and storing of one or more human drugs.
Data File means a single record or collection of data records that are logically related to each other, and are handled as a unit;
Death master file means the United States social security administration’s death master file or any other database or service that is at least as comprehensive as the United States social security administration’s death master file for determining that a person has died.
Case file means a record that is assembled and maintained for each application approved for state cost sharing.
Transfer Application means an application and agreement for transfer of Units in the form set forth on the back of a Certificate or in a form substantially to the same effect in a separate instrument.
Contract File means with respect to each Contract, the physical and/or electronic files in which Credit Acceptance maintains the fully executed original counterpart or “authoritative copy” (in each case, for UCC purposes) of the Contract (to the extent required in accordance with Section 3.03 of this Agreement), either a standard assurance in the form commonly used in the industry relating to the provision of a certificate of title or other evidence of lien, the original or electronic instruments modifying the terms and conditions of such Contract and the original or electronic endorsements or assignments of such Contract.
Mortgage File The mortgage documents listed in Section 2.01 pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage File pursuant to this Agreement.
Receivable File means the documents (whether tangible or electronic) specified in Section 2.02 pertaining to a particular Receivable.
Transfer Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filed by the investor to transfer Units and will be stated in this Offering Document.
Custodial File Any mortgage loan document in the Mortgage File that is required to be delivered to the Trustee or Custodian pursuant to Section 2.01(b) of this Agreement.
Electronic File Transfer means any system or process that utilizes an electronic format and protocol to send or receive data files.
Database application form means the application form required by the Hibiscus Coast Municipality to be filled in by the successful tenderer, following the award of the contract, for inclusion on the HCM database before payment is made.
CREFC® Special Servicer Property File format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Servicing File The items pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan including, but not limited to, the computer files, data disks, books, records, data tapes, notes, and all additional documents generated as a result of or utilized in originating and/or servicing each Mortgage Loan, which are held in trust for the Trustee by the Servicer.
Lease File means, for each Lease, the Collateral Lease File applicable to such Lease.
Asset File shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Custodial Agreement.
CMSA Loan Setup File means the report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Loan Setup File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Servicer Mortgage File All documents pertaining to a Mortgage Loan not required to be included in the Trustee Mortgage File and held by the Master Servicer or the related Servicer or any Sub-Servicer.
Type II transfer means that phrase as defined by Section 3 of the Executive Organization Act of 1965, 1965 PA 380, MCL 16.103.
CMSA Property File means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Property File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Type III transfer means that term as defined under Section 3(c) of the Executive Organization Act of 1965, 1965 PA 380, MCL 16.103.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) indicator means a four-character suffix to the unique entity identifier. The suffix is assigned at the discretion of the commercial, nonprofit, or Government entity to establish additional System for Award Management records for identifying alternative EFT accounts (see subpart 32.11) for the same entity.
Transfer student A student who enters a participating college or university after earning college-level credit at another college or university.
Account Opening Application Form means the application form/questionnaire completed by the Client, on-line on the Company’s Website and/or mobile application(s) and/or in hard copy, in order to apply for the Company’s Services under the Agreement and a Client Account, via which form/questionnaire the Company will obtain amongst other things information for the Client’s identification and due diligence, financial profile and appropriateness in accordance with the Applicable Regulations.
